My husband bought this, I hate it

Issues that I didn't have before, we just got this to extend to the rooms, but everyday my laptop says it's Connected with No Internet! :(

Strong WiFi signal. Easy to setup

I used to have an router and an extender which created 4 different WiFi name (SSID): 2.4G + 5G of the router, and 2.4G + 5G of the extender (The manual recommended me to create different network names from the router's for the extender). Now with this system, I only have one, and the system will pick the best network for me. Also, I always have full-bar strength around the house. The only complain I have is that the software doesn't have a way to prioritize devices like I used to have with Linksys.

Coverage range less than expected

I have a detached garage which is about 60-70ft from the Orbi satellite. Unfortunately, my Echo Dot in the garage disconnected continuously (signal too weak). I had to use a small wifi extender I had laying around so my Echo Dot would stay connected to the Internet. Definitely not as advertised. Inside the house (2800sqft) the coverage is very good.
