love the speed and no hassle of reprogramming all my devices

I didn't realize how bad my home wifi was until Pandemic lockdown. ZOOM work meetings were impossible. When Best Buy reopened to customers I took the plunge, took the advice of the salesperson and purchased Orbi. My whole home wifi coverage has never been this good. Both floors total coverage. The phone App lets me know how good the coverage is!

Worked as advertised. I bought it and hooked it up pretty quick on the other end of my house. Pretty easy.

I like the orbi they seem to be doing the job. I have faster internet speed.

Set up was easy, and configuration allowed me to reuse my previous password(s). No need to reset all the devices on the network! Biggest gripes are the single name for all channels. You may not see this as a problem, but it makes it tricky to ID the devices without the app. Biggest issue is the presence of a USB port that does not support external HDD. Had to purchase a NAS drive to get wireless backup capability. That should not be!

The Internet WiFi connection within the house is very good. I am using it to stream shows on my TV, run the internet on my laptops, and act as my WiFi connection on my cell phone. The only problem I have is my cell phone likes to switch from our secure network to my neighbor's unsecured network. I periodically have to check the settings on my phone to make sure I am still connected to my home Orbi network.

Does the job properly; no complaints. I haven't had to restart or troubleshoot since installation.

The setup was easy and the performance with multiple devices is great.

The wireless is strong and seems to be doing well in our home.

I had to buy a new WiFi router and this one was the correct choice! Functions flawlessly!

This was recommended to me in store and is one of my favorite products that I have purchased ever!!

So far wifi has been flawless. I am still confused how Orbi works. I would like to shut this feature off because it interferes with some of my calls that are not spam. But my wife is happy with the service. Also I was not told that if Orbi ceases to work I have to get Best Buy to repair. Xfinity is not available to repair.

Works great. Easy set up. It improved my WiFi coverage in the house. Looking to buy one more satellite. Would recommend.

I think this is best router package ever. You can place it any where and does not drop connection.

We r using the extenders that are for our wireless system is working great.

Able to receive wifi outside of cabin. Should be able to have coverage at lakeside.

It has preformed good so far. It covers the house better.
