It was very easy to set up. We put the satellite up stairs good WiFi all around

After 3 hours on the phone with NETGEAR Orbi works great. Setup is not easy like Linksys but it does work very well.

Great home wifi system, no issues so far. Seems to have consistent signal for all devices.

We happen to have a back up sump pump that is also connected to our Wifi to send us notifications. However, this router has both 2.4 and 5.0 frequencies but they cannot be detected nor named individually. Our pump can only connect to 2.4 but since the Orbi emits both, the pump cannot connect. Therefore, it is being returned. If you have items that can connect to both frequencies, this is a good router.

Only owned this system for two weeks but it has improved connectivity in our 5000K sq ft home

I'm torn, they work good, have great features but range seems to be not as great as I had before. Then after a few months there were issues non stop with the satellite disconnecting and I loose connectivity in half my house. Finally did a firmware update on everything and now they are all working again. Hopefully i dont have these issues after the next update is released again.

Noticed instantly that my speed when up as soon as the routers were installed.

Orbi is not only nice to look at, but it definitely seems to reach the area it states.

The Orbi solved the Internet issues in my house and removed my need for any extenders. I have blazing fast WiFi throughout my entire house now, whereas before the signal would drop out in certain parts of the house. Yes, the Orbi is expensive but it's been worth it. It was also very simple to set-up. There hasn't been any issues with it as of now, and it's been working great for the few weeks we've had it running.

We were having problems with our WiFi disconnecting all of the time and the timing was right after Google accidentally wiped their WiFi devices. So, of course we suspected it was the problem. As it turns out, it was the Arris modem/router. We loved the Orbi so much we decided to keep it. Tip: The Orbi app doesn't do much but the NetGear Genie app works and has even more features than the the Google Wifi app.

Orbi broadcasts strong WiFi coverage to areas of my home that were unreached before.

Could not get internet through the house. Now it is covered in the whole house and fast speed.

We have a three story house with multiple televisions, Sonos systems, computers, iPad and iPhones. We had issues being booted off. This system combined with the expert Geek Squad installation solved all of our connectivity issues. Of course we replaced both modem and routers together. We also have an Orbi on the third level and another on the second. We are very happy with this system. It looks great too!!!
