Great small system . easy to follow instructions. a must have

This is a great home system that allows you to continuous Wi-Fi throughout your house.

Easy set up by Geek Squad and resolved all the 'dead' zones in my house.

Amazing internet speed since I connected Orbi!!! No lag or disconnected service.

I've had my Orbi for a little over a week. It works fine on with all my devices except my workstation which is what I use to make a living. I'm a photographer and send hundreds of large image and video files everyday. My link speed is slower than pre-DSL dialup and I have constant disconnection issues. I can't load a single page with one click. I have to reload every page several times. Online support covers tons of things unrelated to my problem. Phone support was a waste of time. My workstation is the oldest computer in the house so that might be an issue. However, I had decent speed on the computer prior to Orbi. My workaround is transferring files to my laptop to upload to the internet. I got Orbi so my mom could get better wi-fi in her wing of the house. She gets great reception now. My workstation is less than 30 feet from the router and satellite. My mom's computer & TVs are 60-80 feet away. Go figure. I also have considerably more connection problems with my Arlo system since getting Orbi. Arlo used to say I wasn't connected to the internet 2 or 3 times a day. Since Orbi, I have Arlo connection problems close to 25% of the time. If I can't figure out the problem within the next 5 days, this thing is going back.

We purchased the ORBI router today and already love it! We were having problems with our internet dropping off and not being able to connect or stay connected in different parts of our house. Unbelievable difference in the range now!!! I wish we had bought it sooner. The gentleman that assisted us was extremely knowledgeable and helped us in determining the product that would meet our needs! Great product!!

Before buying this I was already frustrated with my router. I blamed everything for my slow internet. My friend was helping me and suggested I get this product because she said that she has it. We went in and staff suggested this. I felt that if it was 2/2 I should get it. I did and didn't feel the need to return it. I know it's a steep price, but it'll probably be the last router you'll ever buy.

3 levels, 2600 sq ft, had multiple complete dead spots previously, even with an extender. 15 or so devices connected consistently. Went with the Orbi on recommendation and for the parental controls. Easy setup, have a guest network now, no dead spots anywhere, and full speed up/down outside and to the fire pit. No connection issues or drops to speak of, just reliable and fast connections.
