This was recommended by a Best Buy associate as an option to starting all over with a new system. Its been great! Anywhere in my 3200 sq ft house is the wi-fi accessible and has good strength. No problems with streaming or dropping. Even when all my kids are home and we have 10+ devices, there are no issues.

Orbi, has helped our wifi reach the whole house without any interruptions.

We waited forever to upgrade our router and this was worth every penny. We were hesitant and wondered if we needed all of this, but the salesperson at Best Buy explained how much it would improve our connectability and with 6 people in the house it hasn't disappointed. It was easy to set up on our own, runs smoothly and we haven't had any problems getting the speed promised by our provider now.

Setup is easy· The look is special. Speed is stable. If u have those luxury go for it

Installation is easy and the WiFi is fantastic, BUT if you’re using a gateway modem/router from your internet service provider (which most of us are) you’ll need to change the mode on the base unit. This is not clear in the setup instructions. Had to do a Google search to figure out why mine wasn’t working right. You have to login online and change the router setting. Once that was fixed, it worked like a dream.

Signal works throughout the entire house, from the top floor to the basement.

Easy installation and improved reception over our previous router.

We had Wi-Fi issues in our home until we purchased the Orbi AC-3000. If we were streaming anything everyone else had problems (we had a dual band router with multiple extenders). But now all of the problems are gone... our download and upload speeds have seriously increased. I know it's pricey.... but take advantage of Best Buy's credit account and their 12 or 18 month same as cash offers!

First few weeks in my internet speed was amazing. Setup was easy too. After 2 weeks it would drop the internet and only way to fix it is reebooting. It's got worse I remote in sometimes to reboot so my security derives will have internet. Also disappointed that it doesn't allow 2.4ghz and 5 GHz different SSIDs. System seems to allocate which is best but I have few devices needs specific band. Only way to get it thru cmd line using telnet which I was able but it should been part of the UI. I am going to return this. I will to spend more and get Eero mesh. Orbi currently is highly unlikely reliable for us.
