Good coverage, but setup is a real hassle. hard to re

very easy to set up and worked great except when we lose internet connection periodically. Connected directly to FIOS ONT Happens maybe 1-2 per week. working at home can't afford to lose connections and returned the product. I think its more on FIOS than the product - but not sure

The app that comes with this is junk and the setup is a little tricky. Particularly with dealing with the dual band setup, 5g and standard wifi caused some confusion. Not all devices recognize 5g, but we had trouble getting the two bands to use the same id. Got it all working eventually and this solved our range issues.

I had fought an older generation of hardware mesh for a couple of years and not getting the throughput I expected. Netgear's Orbi product solved that issue quickly and the new system has many features which have been very helpful with limiting kids access to the internet.

This is a great router with amazing speeds. I previously had the netgear nighthawk ac1900 which also delivered amazing wifi speeds, but as i made my house "smart" by adding additional devices by wifi speeds diminished drastically. I upgraded to the orbi system amd have regained my wifi speeds.

I like the square foot coverage, and I wanted one that had parental controls. but I am upset about the fact that I have to pay extra money to set the parental controls on it. Like shutting down the kids computers at bed time cost money.

I'm not very technical. I didn't realize that you also need a modem, to hook this up to get the interwebs with Time Warner. It takes a little bit of time to get the orb & satellite set-up. I like that there is an easy portal to see who is all hooked-up on the wifi and to adjust the password and other controls.

A bit large but seems to work so far. Bought satellite as well.

This Orbi mesh wifi system has blown me away! I live in a 2900 sq ft home and struggled to get full coverage with Spectrum router. I installed the Orbi router upstairs and satellite downstairs. Now I'm getting 345mbps from a 300mbps service anywhere in the house. This is fantastic!!!!!

I was using an old powerline system but internet would break when I was in between my wireless modem to my router and was a pain. This mesh system allows for uninterrupted wifi connectivity.

I was paying for Comcast’s most expensive internet speed and had terrible reception, other than the bottom of my house, until I got Orbi. Great product. Solved my issues. Now I can stream from any tv in my house without issue. Changed my life. Made it better. Obviously recommend

The Orbi system is the best I ever have. I’m always change my router every 2 year to cover security and technology but Orbi pass my expectation, I have 2,000sqft house and 400mbps download almost every corner of my house I have the full download speed I love it.

Had to replace an older router that was struggling to keep up with the number of connected devices we now have. The Orbi was easy to set up and handles all our devices with ease. We now have great wifi coverage throughout our home.

Router was easy and simple to set up. Replaced the 2000 with this because the other 1 was very slow. Only running 3-4 devices on wifi, but it keeps dropping mine and my wife's S8 phones. Never had this problem with previous router.

Technician recommended this for our WiFi. It was running slow and sometimes dropped altogether. So glad we bought this, a little pricey but it did the trick. We have so many devices and a pretty large house and the coverage is great.

Setup was pretty straightforward after installing the app on my phone. Really like have a stronger wifi signal throughout the whole house. The app is handy for testing up/down speeds and seeing all the devices connected to the network.

I didn't really have anything bad to say about this router. Except that it does not like working with Nest Cam's. Yes there are workarounds, but it in my opinion, you shouldn't need to do those things. Netgear says they're trying to fix it, but I need something more reliable. Would I recommend this? Yes, if you're not using any Nest/Drop Cam's.

Did research on how to improve my Wi-Fi coverage and improve connection for all devices. W-Fi Range Extenders were not doing the job. Bought this and install was extremely easy and fast. Connection speeds are like if the device is the only device on Wi-Fi even with 12 devices online at the same time.

Different parts of the house didn't have equal service. Also when moving around in the house (phone/laptop) old system would drop connections and have issues.
