Works as advertised. Very easy setup. House-wide Wi-Fi now works with no issues at all. Only drawback is that USB external drive set up for shared network drive is not operational with current firmware. Hope they get this feature soon. It's in the manual but setup wizard shows it as not supported.

For the price, you can get an entry-level access point network setup, which would be better, but this will obviously be easier to setup. Wifi speed is perfectly acceptable. The reason one star is deducted is because my static IP addresses sometimes change. Not very static.

I had been using a modem router combo and had trouble with wifi speeds. I switched to a stand alone modem and the Orbi router and am happy with the set up. I pay for gig service and get 980 out of the modem. That is consistently translating to ~400 over wifi.

This is a great high end router for applications in homes where there are a lot of users with multiple wireless devices. I had to perform a firmware upgrade using the call-in tech support to get it hooked up but it was worth the effort and it is working flawlessly.

I had problems with my WiFi and used Apple products among many other brands; then I bought the Orbi system and all problems have been resolved as this is perhaps the best WiFi system in the known civilized world. Buy and be satisfied completely.

It works great, and was easy to setup and install. I had purchased two small, cheap extenders before this, and due to absurd instructions, poorly translated into English, and awkward, glitchy online processes, had no luck. The orbi works well and was easy to setup.

Orbi Ac3000 is a great system for a place where signal finds harder to travel because of the walls in the house .Orbi not only got my internet signal around in every corner of the house but also with great strength. Great product. Invest in it you be glad you did it

Having a large ranch style home, I've had difficulties with dead zones in my house for wifi. I had upgraded previously and had bought a range extender but still had the same problem. Purchased an Orbi and my problems solved and faster wifi. Worth the investment!

We struggled with WiFi coverage due to the layout of our house. This product has been phenomenal in reaching all areas inside and outside. Recommended to my daughter who had WiFi issues and she also found it solved her problems.

Bought these when we had to change modems and they work great! I’m able to get a clear and quick internet signal around the house. Even outside! Great purchase. They even work great for gaming!

My husband wanted to get a Mesh Internet network because he had trouble getting internet in the garage with our normal router. This Mesh Internet accomplished everything we wanted out of it and more!!

Works great. I was using a router as an extended and it was working well but dropped out about once every other month. I'd have to repower or reset it. The orbi was set up out of the box and hasn't dropped yet. Signal is stronger than my old set up

I bought that for my daughter’s family since they have four kids to do stay home from school due to COVID 19 and they all use laptop and others and they are so powerful and works real well. Thank you!

This thing gave me coverage throughout my 3000 square foot house. From the second floor to the backyard. I didn't have that with my previous router. If I needed another one, I would definitely buy another one and just expand from there.

Purchased this item to boost my WiFi signal upstairs. It did not change my service at all. I am disappointed in the product.

Expected better for $400 price tag. Think we could have had the same results for half the price. Netgear was helpful & set up was easy. Our wireless connection is better than the xfinty router, but not much better. Still loose connection.

Was getting too many complaints from the family about wifi quality and reliability, so decided to get the Orbi. Wasn't cheap, but complaints have stopped!

Have gone through numerous issues with various routers, so far these are solid performers on a dual level home. Has all the security features I would need, no issues with streaming to multiple devices at once.

The Orbi is better than any router I have found so far. I live on a rocky hill and it causes interference in my Wi-Fi. This router works really good to extend the Wi-Fi throughout my whole house.

Keeps having to be restarted with our Metronet. At least once a day. To late to return. We tried to give it a chance.
