I've had a Brain injury and things take me a while so I'm not sure maybe I'm doing something wrong. I had the guy from Best Buy come out And told me what I needed, But now I can't seem to find his name or phone number

I had understood at time of purchase that these just "plug and play", but for them to work, you have to disable the current wifi so that these have their own log-in and password. i'll revise the review after I figure this part out.

Beware if Double Natting

Went with my internet provider satellite router to mitigate issue. Otherwise a great product if simpler to use without those router config issues.

Very Fast, but Disconnects Wifi every 5 minutes
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this because it had great WiFi reviews, I simply could not find Google WiFi locally, and I had poor WiFi coverage at home due to multiple floors and odd shape of house. Now two months later I want to return it because it disconnects WiFi consistently about every 5 minutes, all day long. As far as I can tell it is the Satellite unit that disconnects. You can watch the "Basic->Attached Devices" page on a computer with a hard connection and watch Wireless Objects in the house disconnect and reconnect. A bit of searching shows that Netgear has not resolved the problem and has no plan or feedback with repair solutions, just cryptic "we will try a beta firmware..." message, and those that say they have tried, it does not work. Of course I am past the Best Buy return period, and nearing the 90 day cutoff for Netgear Support. If they fix the WiFi Disconnects, this could be a Great unit... until then, Best Buy and Netgear are enjoying my money and I am not enjoying their wares... To make matters worse, my Best Buy Account does not show the few thousand dollars of product I have purchased in the last 2-3 years... nice.
