Did not work on all of my devices.

Then after 24 hours or so, some devices stopped getting wifi. When I opened the app on my phone, it wanted to go through the entire set-up process again. Nope, not going to happen. Returned.

I need to throttle them from the internet so they focus on school work. For reasons unknown, I could pause specific devices, yet they could continue to receive internet traffic. This is unacceptable for my home application. Aside from that issue, the unit had acceptable coverage and speed.

The mistake I made was not returning the item

One reason I purchased this unit was its advertised feature to connect a device to a USB port. A week, or so, after setting up the unit I got around to connecting my "home server". A 1T hard drive. After spending a sizable amount of time trying to access the hard drive I wrote to NetGear. I outlined the problem I was having. NetGear's response was quiet surprising. It seems that they were aware of the problem that the USB port did not work, but decided to ship the product anyway. The problem with the Non-functioning USB port would be corrected with firmware updates. Well, here I am a year later and still NO FIRMWARE UPDATE to fix the NON-FUNCTIONING USB port. I do not recommend this product, I relied on NetGear's statement that they would be sending out a firmware update to fix the problem. I have attached a copy of my communication with NetGear. I regret not returning the Orbi with satellite.
