    Had to return the first one I purchased because netgear had released a firmware update that updated the router but not the satellite and everything I tried (including talking with tech support) still left the satellite as useful as a brick. Second one so far works great.

    Initially, it works fine but after sometime, all cellphones on my household keep on disconnecting. I think, this is due to the new firmware of the ORBI. Apparently, it is not "compatible" with the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+. After 3 weeks of configuring and maybe a half dozen of tech support calls from Netgear and Samsung, I returned it to best Buy. Generally, it works excellent on Chromecast, but aside from this, this is a big disappointment in my part considering the price of this device.

    Works ok at times, other times it disconnects every few minutes. I've upgraded firmware, tried everything and it seems like it may just be my unit? Until you see the forums and see hundreds of others say the same thing. Signal and speed are great when it's connected
