Terrible instability

Constantly drops connected devices including my, smart home devices, Amazon Echos and Samsung S8+. Netgear has been slow to release reliable firmware updates. Tired of fiddling with this device. Can't believe I wasted over $400 on this!

Netgear=bad products & worse customer service

It took 3 hours on the phone with 3 representatives with Netgears customer service to confirm I had a bad satellite unit. Only options for a fix are to wait 2 weeks for the return process or for me to spend more money to ship at my expense. For how much these cost for home wifi, you'd expect better.

Used to work can't get warranty or product support

Can't really review

This being that we had an appointment for them to come and set it up for us but no one ever showed up. No email, phone call or text message. Highly upset I understand what we are dealing with when it comes to this virus but a phone call, text or email would have been nice.

Also there is no phone number to call that I can find for customer support. They just have a link to download app again. It would be nice to have a phone number to call.
