    Orbi Satellites constantly disconnecting devices

    Orbi satellites are not working properly. I tried with many devices and they constantly disconnected from the Orbi Wifi network. I spent 4 hours with their support trying to update router and sattellite firmware but it didn't help. Orbi mobile app and website admin are very outdated and not user friendly.

    Product just doesn't do what it promises. We had Geek Squad install, we have extreme internet service, and still have terrible service. We were PROMISED better internet service by the salesman who highly promoted this item. It just does not perform. Speed of 18 after this investment is unacceptable!

    The led on top stopped working all of the sudden. Called Netgear and out of luck . I was 1 month from warranty you would think they would give me a deal on a new one . Never ever will I purchase an ORBI . Not worth the $400 I purchased

    Satellite keeps losing synchronization with main router. Unable to resync satellite. Even after resetting the satellite to default settings.

    Not happy with the low service signal. Can only work on one level of the house not on both.

    Crashes regularly...spent hours with customer support and ISP with no fix in place. Difficult to actually get to Netgear support. One of the worst devices ever purchased

    Really? Very unclear that this was only the router. They do NOT stock the other parts of the mesh network. What the heck? Returning. I wanted a mesh network, not a router.
