I love that it has a third channel for communication between router and satellites to free up the wifi channels. Excellent signal strength and range!

We have a 2 story home and approximately 4500 sq ft. This extender works great and now we have internet speeds we had only hoped to have in the past.

I’ve had many gaming routers over the years that have “mostly” served their purposes. However, these Orbis have blown any experience I’ve had with routers out of the water. I was so reluctant to spend $200+ dollars but it’s one of the best things I’ve ever bought. Our entire house is covered with WiFi and superfast. So pleased with this purchase.

I used to have a Netgear modem and router all in one. I used and extender downstairs and had very slow connection. I got a free modem and installed this product, one connected to the modem and one downstairs. It increased my download speed from 16 to over 200 MBPS.

I had Eero (3rd gen) before switching to Orbi. I had a HORRIBLE experience with Eero. The connection dropped almost every hour. I tried getting additional Eero beacons, moved the Eero’s around to every possible location with the hope of better coverage, had several troubleshooting calls with Eero... literally tried everything. My family and I struggled to stay connected while working from home and the kids were doing distance learning for 3rd grade. It was flat out embarrassing to constantly be disconnected from Zoom and important meetings despite having the most expensive internet plan that Spectrum provides. After switching to Orbi, we now have super stable coverage for everyone (not one drop - it’s been about a week) and faster speeds throughout our ~1500sq ft 2 story home. Thank God for Orbi!

Orbi is awesome moved to a new house and Verizon fios WiFi router kept dropping switching for 2.4 to 5 g grabbed orbi and no problems and greater range. I also installed these for my parents easy set up, connection to Arlo cameras tv etc. plus security in spam virus and managing kids access times

Purchased this when my Apple router finally gave up. I thought Apple products were easy to use and set up but I have to say this was such a great experience. Downloaded the app and proceeded to go through the set-up with no hick ups what's so ever. I wish I had replaced my router along time ago. Would highly recommend. Thanks #Netgear

Very easy setup compared to other mesh systems I have tried to use in the past but ended up returning them to the store because I could not get them to work. I am receiving the fasted speeds with Orbi than I have with any other router. Love my Orbi!

Initial setup isn't difficult, but syncing the router to the satellite was cumbersome. Once setup, this system performs flawlessly, giving good coverage over the entire home.

Great coverage from Orbi AC3000. I now have full bars in all corners of my 3500 sq ft, single level, home. Easy router set up using cable a modem.

This was a great buy!!! It not only gave me WiFi in areas I never had it before, the WiFi is now much faster and no drops at all!! I’m extremely happy with this purchase and beyond excited that I now don’t have to worry or fight with the service provider router, I would and have recommended this to everyone !!! You won’t beleive the difference !!

We get tremendously good coverage inside the house, both floors (dual routers located one each floor) and decks around house. Tremendous strength of internet - even with many pages and several browsers open - easily stream and watch videos, download, so easy to set up (takes a little time for the 2 routers to sync - about 3 hrs) and so space-saving. 10 !!!! 10 Thumbs UP !!

We love the signal we get with our Orbi. We have a 4000 sq ft home main level and basement and always have a strong signal. We use iPhones, tablets, sling on 4 TVs, 2 computers and gaming. We place one upstairs and one down. Made a big difference in streaming for us. Easy to set up.

Having recently upgraded my internet to higher speed, I was searching for a router and satellite the would maintain that speed. The speed at my downstairs TV was 10 times that of before the installation of the Orbi. Setup was amazingly simple, updating the firmware was practically automatic. Everything was running fast and smoothly within a half hour. I am totally pleased.

I finally have all the dead spots in my house covered. I even have wifi outside around my house. Wifi speeds are the fastest they have ever been.

I was looking for a simple mesh router after moving into a townhouse. The setup was not so great after multiple disconnects and botched firmware installs as well as constantly having to power cycle. Once the dust had settled they have worked good ever since. So far I’ve had to reboot the router twice, but overall I gave the benefit of the doubt due to its range and ease of use.

Absolutely love this product. All my buffering went away on all my outdoor cameras as soon as I bought this. I have no issues with streaming now and my neighbor uses my Wi-Fi and they do not complain.

I was having range issues with a previously exemplary Netgear R7000. We moved and in this house, the R7000 couldn’t reliably reach the wireless cameras and Rainbird irrigation system. Even a range extender didn’t help. So I bit the bullet and spent the $300 (on sale) for the Orbi. HUGE difference. For one, I don’t have two separate SSIDs (one for 2.4Ghz and one for 5Ghz) - the Orbi switches automatically between bands but keeps the same SSID. Managing a Guest network is dead simple through the Orbi app. In fact, managing the router through the Orbi app is easy, iOS or Android. (You can also manage the Orbi through a laptop or desktop via browser at 192.168.1.1). The R7000 was pretty reliable, but every month or so I’d have to reboot it. So far the Orbi hasn’t needed anything but ... electricity. Cameras have full bars for signal strength and Rainbird connects faster than before. Genie Aladdin (garage door wireless connection) is reliable and 4 out of 5 bars even located in the garage. Streaming is reliable and smooth with no buffering and we have 3 Dish wireless Joeys AND 4 Rokus and watching content on all of them has been seamless.

Had this system for a year. It has been truly great. Very fast all over the house. Router is on one side and the satellite is upstairs in the middle. We get nearly the same speed everywhere. Replaced a Nighthawk that had trouble reaching the far side of the house.
