there were mixed reviews on this, but for me works great. I have a ranch house and could not get whole home coverage throughout with just a regular router. This ac3000 solves that issue. It is easy to setup and i now have coverage in rooms where i had no signal. a bit pricey but worth it.

This is a great setup for those that need coverage in a large home. My home is just under 5k square feet and I have great coverage throughout the entire house as well as outside. The mobile app for orbi and netgear are great. The only thing I am struggling with is my phone drops connection ever once in a while. My computer and other devices are fine. Overall great product.

No modem perhaps all in one unit with fiber connection.

Very happy with these!! I was a little nervous because of the price but you definitely get what you pay for. I have tried another extender before and it didn’t do much for me. I have AT&T Fiber service which was running okay but my house is a large two story so the smart tvs in the rooms upstairs we’re having some intermittent connection issues. In this day and age everything is going through my homes Wi-Fi’s and with multiple devices running at the same time it just wasn’t enough. Adding Orbi has been amazing!!! I have the main Orbi next to the AT&T router because the Orbi feeds off your existing WiFi and I have the second satellite upstairs. I have had no connection issues since installing these. Super easy installation!!! I was able to do it myself quickly. Basically a plug and play!

I used many other routers in my two story 2500 sq.ft. Home. Most all others had the same result: upstairs coverage slowed down because signal strength reduced. With Orbi, running my downstairs router direct to my Xbox 1 112mbs speed. Upstairs through wifi, but then direct connect to my xbox1s 76mbs. Previously, the best I EVER got was <42mbs. COD, GhostRecon Multiplayer now awesome!!

After reviewing possibilities online and speaking with the Best Buy staff, I decided to take home the Orbi. While it is more expensive than other options, I have found it to be a superior product for our needs. A large home with solid construction made getting a strong signal in all areas a true challenge. Orbi has far surpassed my expectations.

After years of getting wifi routers that work great for a couple of months and then have poor coverage thereafter I went and picked up these. I get a ton of interference in my apartment from other networks and this thing is rock solid. I press play for a 4k HDR stream and it's just on without any wait or buffering.

This system was easy to set up and the coverage is amazing!

I wasn't super happy about the price point initially, but given the fact that we'd recently purchased a new home that is over 4,000 sq. ft., I didn't have much choice in the matter if I wanted fast and widely spread coverage. The previous owner had the same system installed, however he accidentally took all of the satellites for the ORBI so this was my best option for replacing pieces nd getting the amount of equipment I needed for it to work properly. That being said, with a huge house, almost everything working via Wi-Fi (Ring doorbell, alarm, Alexa, smart TV's, pool, lighting controls etc.) this was definitely worth every penny. I tried cheaper brands and models, still encountered dead spots and slow service from having to jump from extender to extender as I traveled around the house. Bite the bullet and get it, this thing is incredible!

This product works. I live in a 4000 sqft house and always had trouble with good wifi reception. Today with Orbis I just have internet service for work, and am streaming to 2 HDTV and a 4K projector without any drop in internet speed. I have at least 12 devices connect at any given time. This is a good investment if you are working from home.

Easy to follow directions and simple setup. I live in a 2,400 sqft 3-story townhouse with internet connection coming in on 3rd floor office. After installation got 6x better download and 10x better upload than I did with my old Netgear Nighthawk router. Now 100mbps down and 6mbps up. Not blazing, but so much better than before.

This system worked OK for a month. It was faster than my previous router and provided consistent coverage throughout my house. However, it would lock-up and require a power reset once a day on average. Also, it was lacking some features that less expensive Netgear routers included. I decided to return it.

I have tried a couple of different brands but the Orbi seems to work best for me. I was able to even hard wire right into the sattelite units making a dramatic speed difference, especially for Apple TV , I found out that the Orbi had the most ports available on the router and the satellite units as well. A great item!

Really extended my range through my house. Very easy to setup.

We did not expect the Orbi to work this well. It has taken away all of our internet slowness and is beyond our expectations.
