Works great....easy set up, no down time, and is fast

Product was easy to set up. Coverage seems to be good so far in my home. I have a 3500sf house and two seem to be fine. The only gripe I have had is that satellite needs a firmware update, but it would not load. I believe the new firmware update gives you the ability to set up a guest network. Currently I cannot do this. If that part was good, I would have given it 5 stars.

After extensive research, I decided to go with the Orbi AC3000 which has been working perfectly so far. Seamlessly setup in my home which was too easy to do. Coverage is excellent on every part of my .5 acre property so I am happy as can be with this purchase.

Extremely easy to set up and covers the house well.

Orbi really helped with our Internet issues. We can now work our Arlo system without having to replace the batteries every month. We can also use our tablets and phones any place in our house. It probably would rate 5 stars, but we have Windstream and it stinks, so Orbi needs to be a little more robust for Windstream customers. That being said, we still love Orbi.

Easy setup, which was a big surprise because i am not the best Tech guy. This system drastically improved my home WiFi coverage for a 3000 sq ft home. I don't know what took me so long to purchase it. I now have full coverage throughout the home and i can easily stream in every room.

Required a mesh network for my condo unit as the modem/ router provided by my ISP would not provide good connectivity throughout my unit. This Orbi solution was a breeze to setup and I love the app associated with the HW. Great wifi throughout my unit.

We have a 3000 Ft Home and 3 Kids. Up to 50 connected devices (fire sticks, sonos, computers, TVs, game consoles, iPads, phones, nest....). 150/22 mbps one room away from satellite. Massive improvement from Asus N66u dark night router. Software not as customizable but that is not as important as bandwidth.

The product works very well. Not quite as fast or expansive coverage as I was expecting, but by no means is it slow on a relative basis. I would recommend this for its simplicity and ease of set up. It is a little pricey compared to othe units in the market but if you don't want to spend a lot of time and frustration setting up your wireless access this is not a bad choice

This system is a little pricey but well worth the money. The salesman actually tried to talk me out of such a powerful machine but I wanted the best. This is it!!! Put one on each end of my ranch house and I have no more WI-FI problems. We can even use it outside in the yard now with the coverage this unit has. Awesome!!

I was very interested in these new wi-fi mesh system for my parents house. They have terrible coverage in the far end of their basement. The Netgear Orbi gave full, strong signal to this part of the house. These wi-fi mesh systems are the future. I would personally never buy a standard wireless router ever again.

We achieved excellent, whole-house WiFi coverage. Installation by the Geek Squad made this a quick and easy process!

Very nice setup! I am more than happy with ORBI! This thing works well and I have coverage throughout my home and outside my home as well! Very good product with very few issues! I have had to rebut the system twice in the time I’ve had it!

These two Orbi's are terrific. Much better than a single point, and much better than the little mesh systems running around. Both very powerful and stretch my wifi further than i expected. Price is very competitive considering alternatives.

Very nice router. Nice to have satellite receivers for bigger houses. Easy set-up. Unobtrusive design. Very happy.

The refreshing rate on my computer and when I watch movies is great now. there are four of us in the hous and we all have computers and our own TV and we can all use them at the same time now without any leg time. great product. would buy again. plus I can also upgrade and get more wierless adapters if needed for our house.

I bought this to replace my AirPort Extreme and Express. I needed better coverage for my home office. The Orbi delivers that. I have coverage in my entire 2500 Sqft townhome plus my courtyard. My only complaint was set-up. The satellite unit would not connect. I expected plug-and-play based on the description not 90 minutes of troubleshooting.

We were having a lot of issues with our modem/ router combination, especially with the connection dropping in certain rooms. I bought the Orbi with one satellite and put them in opposite areas in the house. Since then we have not seen any meaningful connection drops like we were before. So we are pleased with the product.

I was having frequent problems maintaining wifi connection with the sysytem I was using. I came in and spoke to Matt at your Chino Hills Store. He went thru several products and I decided on Orbi. It has made a vast difference in the speed and I have not loss a connection since my installation of this system. It is excellent

Overall I'm happy I finally invested in a wifi extender. I have a lot of iOT devices and I think I was in need of this more than I thought. Expensive, but so far everyone has been happy. I also like that it is easy to see if there is a problem, as I have lost internet service a couple of times (no fault to Orbi) and was able to quickly troubleshoot.
