This product does everything I wanted from every room inside my house and also outside in my patio area I would recommend this router I replaced a spectrum router and the difference is like night and day The Best Buy sales people are very helpful and knowledgeable information on line is easy to access and informative

Super happy with this purchase. I have a 5,400 sq ft house and have only installed one of units so far and it covers the whole house pretty well! Excited to see how fast everything will run once both units are setup. Installation was super easy; just follow the instructions. I am very happy with this purchase.

Was 5 stars. Bought January 6th 2021. Setup is easy. The range and speed has always been great much better then normal wireless router(s). Was working great till this past week. It keeps going offline. At first thought it was my Spectrum Internet but modem is showing online. I either have to manually power off the Orbi to reset or use the app to reboot. The Orbi is up to date on all updates. I am concerned with this since kids are doing online school. Sounds like other people have similar issues after a few months with connectivity. I will uninstall it completely and reinstall it on my network.

We have been looking for a way to get internet to reach the whole house in our restored historical home. With our wood-paneled walls and high ceilings, we've never been able to get a consistent signal. This changes the game! We finally can access wireless devices from anywhere in the house. Highly recommend this product!

The Orbi has made it easy to get fast Wi-Fi throughout a 6300 sq. ft. one story building in spite of a lot of obstructions. It only took one satellite to do it. Amazing! For best results use the Netgear Wi-Fi Analytics app on your phone or tablet to place the satellite near the edge of the range of the main unit.

I find that his product is as easy to setup as the Linksys Router I previously had. I get much better throughput for more devices prior to setting it up. The range of the router is much greater than the Linksys router and range extender that was attached to it. All in all very happy that I purchased it.

One thing I can say is awesome! The Orbi WiFi system is great! I recently had the Netgear Nighthawk but I wasn’t getting the connection I needed throughout my house. I pulled the trigger on this new mesh WiFi and it’s well worth every penny. I’m getting my full speed throughout my entire 2 story home!!

I wanted to replace my Apple Airport router with a new router system offering net WIFI, in hopes of extending my signal into the back yard and garage. After reading reviews and talking to people with different systems, I chose this particular system. I have been using this Orbi system for a few months now, and absolutely love it. I am getting way more WIFI coverage than before. My only complaint is that it wasn't the easiest to set up, which is why I only rated the product with 4 of 5 stars. I'd like to think that I'm pretty tech savvy when it comes to things like this, but I still had difficult time getting the router to communicate with my Mac. I ended up having to call Netgear customer service, who was very helpful in walking me through the steps to finally get the router up and running. It was not as simple for me as the instructions say. I was talking with my neighbor who also has an Orbi system set up at his home, and he had the same difficulties where he had to go into special network settings to able the router to communicate with his computer system. This was only a minor issue though, as Netgear customer service was of great help, and the router works amazingly.

Orbi has given me complete home coverage. I had used a couple of different range extenders but they didn't work that well. Orbi allowed me to turn off Wi-Fi on my AT&T U-verse Router. Superior dual band coverage. Newer devices automatically go to 5 GHz whereas older devices go to 2.4 GHz

Very easy to install. Solved all our wifi issues. We had an older Netgear router that was resulting in dropped signal, interrupted service. The new router (same manufacturer) is very reliable, no service interruption, very fast. Highly recommended.

I like this set up, good connectivity, however, I wish they sold a 3-pack rather than a 2 pack, for me, it is not enough for the size of my house. I could have bought the 3 pack for about the same price but it didn't come with the RBS50 router, which you need in order to do wireless printing as a direct plug into the router.

These are working great and easily covers our 3600 square foot house. Our router is on one end of the house and these Orbi’s cover the entire house. Would recommend these to anyone that needs additional coverage.

not a exspert by any strech, was my first time purchasing and connecting modem and router wanted something I would have no issue with setup wasn,t difficult,large coverage range,nice app and protection only free for a month alerts scams,spam dangers exct,still have drop out i think is isp

My husband routinely makes international skype calls to landlines, so computer to phone. But he couldn't hear what the other person was saying. We boiled the problem down to a weak antenna in Chromebooks. In addition, the kitchen and the far side of the house had spots where the signal didn't reach. After researching, we decided on the Orbi mesh system with one satellite. The first unit we received didn't want to connect and Orbi customer service determined it defective. One short trip back to the store where we purchased and they swapped it out. The second unit set up flawlessly. We have amazing speed and signal strength throughout the house. I love we also now have a separate guest wifi. Includes kid controls if you need them. Product and customer service 5-star. It wasn't cheap, but if it solves the problem and proves itself durable, I"m happy.

House is a two-story rectangle, and the internet connection is on once side. placed the router at the cable modem, and the other about two-thirds the length of the house on the same floor. no dead spots anywhere. Circle is a nice addition for kids too.

I love my Orbi set. I live in a 2 story townhome and was never able to get a good signal upstairs with my other wireless router. Now my signal is great. I'm able to use all my wireless devices at once with no issues. It was very easy to set up as well. I love the app that comes along with it.

really easy set up. My wife craft room was the farthest way from the router. Set this up instead, with hard wiring the satellite in that room and it works great

Because of the configuration of my home and where I need to station my equipment I have always had issues with strong WiFi throughout. I was even using a repeater and had problems. Until now. This system gives me the same fast WiFi in the weak area I had previously. This was a breeze to set up also!

It's a great product and I got it on sale. The only problem is that it did not have the range for my needs.

The coverage is as advertised. The setup went okay, as they neglected to tell you that using your smartphone with their app on VPN is problematic and a bit frustrating. Once I figured that out all is well and I would buy this again. I have had it for 6 weeks and So Far So Good. FYI, Best Buy matched Amazon's significantly lower price.
