I generally love Netgear products, but this one disappointed me. Now I say that with the disclaimer that my home electrical has areas that date back to 1965. My guess is in newer homes it works great. So if you have older wiring, your probably going to have poor performance with this tech.

It does the job getting the extended connection to enjoy the media at other locations in the premise

My Arcam AVR21 receiver kept losing WiFi connection so I tried this extender for that specific application and it has solved the problem. It's a bummer I had to purchase this to fix the issue, but it has done its job.

Wireline kits are great options for performance when you need internet in a basement or room far from router.

I have wireless cameras setup around the house and setup was easy. I had a set of the extenders before and was satisfied.

Not really a ton to say about these except they simply work. Setup could not be easier. The perfect solution if you're trying to reach where your router can't.

This is a very easy electronic item to setup and in about 5 minutes I got excellent wireless connections in areas where there was an almost non-existent Wi-Fi signal.

Used it for an internet phone in my home office to connect to the router in the bedroom. Plugged it in and worked like a charm from the get go.

I've had three WiFi extenders. This is by far the best I've purchased!!! I've used this oen for two and a half years with ZERO problems!!!

This product does allow you to access the internet if your router signal is not strong enough to go wireless, and your computer is far away from the router geographically. Sadly, it seems the signal gets weak too often. While that again may be mainly due to the distance of the router to the desk top, I wish it were more efficient. But it does get the job done more often than not.

Used this to run off my router for my ps4 and gaming doesnt bogg down my wireless for other users best purchase for anyone doing any streaming or downloading.

I went from a 93mb connection when plugged directly into the router to 25mb when I used it to plug in a machine upstairs. Still better then the 10mb I was getting on wireless though. Might just try running hard cable instead and use this for the TV. To be fair, my house is over 110 years old and the wiring may not be the most recent in the world.

I have a few WiFi dead zones in our home, one of which is my bedroom. My office is above the bedroom where I have a network port connected to one of the two extenders. The other extender is now in my bedroom where it's no longer a dead zone. This really works!!

Needed a solution for slow Apple TV. Works great for speeding up connection, seems just as fast as direct Ethernet connection.

The Netgear Powerline is an excellent un-wired solution to connecting PCs to a standalone home network without the wireless card. Great product, worth the $$$.
