If you don't want to run wires get this. Easy and fast network extender.

I purchased this product to help boost the speed of the internet in my home. This has worked well and even helps with certain online video games.

Does exactly what it should, now I have my Ethernet cable plugged directly into my pc even though the router is upstairs!

It will do what you need it to do but be warned your speed will be massively reduced. I have a 600mbps plan from Xfinity. I used one of these for my computer since my router/modem was far away. I was getting caped at 30mbp download with this device and a very slow upload speed even though it says it supports up to 1000mbps which is clearly false. Constantly laggy when gaming and atrocious download speeds. I ended up running a ethernet cable to the other room where the router/modem was and ran a speed test and was getting 500+mbps.

We couldn’t get any signal from our WiFi router in the back of the house and with this, we’re able to watch Netflix with no problem!

I needed to extended from the Router to another part of the room. The Powerline did it and began working before I even knew. No issues so far!

I have an old TV and was having trouble finding something to work so I can have internet connection to watch Netflix and Amazon. This works great.

i could not get wifi reception at my work station, which was located around the corner from where i had router. no problem. i plug one unit of my netgear powerline extender into an electrical outlet near my router, and the other unit into an electrical outlet near my computer, connect the cord from the extender to my computer, and i now have wifi reception.

I need a wireless network extender for the back part of my house so I bought this one. Unfortunately I didn't realize it wasn't wifi enabled. While I have to return it for what will actually work for me I wish I could justify keeping it. It worked very well connected to my TV upstairs but I need it to connect to other devices via wifi.

After about a month of use where our house has experienced many lightning storms, this adapter is still running strong with little to no lag ever!

Fast speed, boost the speed nicely easy to set up But the plug can be smaller and not to block the outlet

These bad boys are a great alternative to wifi. You will lose some speed but the solid connection is worth it.
