We have a dead spot in the house where the wireless reception is not very good. We bought these for the internet and poof it works great!

Needed Ethernet in my room from our third story. This did just that! Great plug and playability. No issues what so ever. Would recommend.

Purchased to connect a component that needed an Ethernet connection on the opposite side of the room that had the modem/router. It works without any problems.

If your in a situation where you need a network cable and don't feel like running a network wire then this is the next best solution.

These work great, saved some money not having to have additional cable run from my router.

Use four of these throughout our multilevel townhouse and works as expected, including full streaming videos solely via powerline.

Allowed for our sons to set up a video gaming room at the opposite end of our new home with good reception which we did not have initially due to distance.

Started it right up super easy to use and it has given me a huge increase in bandwidth now that I can plug in things so far away from the wireless router.

This product is ok for situations where you can’t get a signal, such as behind a block wall. The speed on this Powerline through our very typical household wiring is 70 mbps vs 300 for wireless. So the speed is dismal. We have two of these sets, so it’s also possible that just one set of two might be faster.

These units work very well as long as the two are on the same electrical panel. I've had trouble when the units are on different panels.

Great improvement on my wifi at home. Streaming in farther rooms it is now wonderful and does not compromise the wifi speeds in other rooms. Great buy.

ETGEAR - Powerline 2000 + Extra Outlet meets needs and is OK. Price is fair.

I highly recommend this product or a variation of it. I've used these products for a few years now.

I have an older house and the wifi was not ideal to use with my streaming devices. These “wired” connections worked great for my three Apple TVs.

Have an issue with our wireless internet signal in farthest part of house. Read up on these and it appeared this might resolve the issue. Very easy to connect and setup, which was good. However, it did not resolve the problem for us. Might for someone else with lesser speed needs. Product works; just not to what I needed.

Powerline 2000 is working great! Love the extra outlet. Have not had any problems.
