Great product. Easy to use and no issues in use. I would recommend this product for anyone who needs a hardwired connection in there home.

I needed to feed my Ethernet to a router near my entertainment center and didn't want to run a cable. This pair fit the bill perfectly. Easy setup and fast performance. Keep in mind that the units encroach a bit above the outlet they're plugged into; you can still plug in a 2-prong plug above them but not a 3-prong. That could be an issue for some, so it is good to know in advance. Very happy with my purchase.

Easy to install, from my home router to my computer is very far, after using this without having to connect a long cable, and the speed is very fast!

I was freaking out when I found out how much it is to get hardware connection wired through your house. Even doing it by yourself is and of itself ridiculous. This thing ROCKS! It comes with two; you plug one powerline into an AC port by the router(or modem), and then use an Ethernet cable it came with to hardwire it to one of the two (if you are out of Ethernet slots on your router, you can buy extra). After that, take the other to a room that you need hardwired (mine is my room since I just built my high end PC and hate WiFi). After that, sync them together which takes less than a minute seconds and BOOM THATS IT! Never have I had a problem with this the 3 months I’ve had it. Totally recommend. The higher it goes, the more chance you have of having better internet with it (even if yours isn’t good such as mine). Plus, you WANT the extra Ethernet port in it. It’s WORTH IT. One goes to PC other to my Xbox which uses apps and Netflix.

Works as described and easy to set up. Simply plug one of the devices directly into a wall outlet with an ethernet connection to your router. Plug the second device into a wall outlet and the ethernet cable into your computer....done, wired internet connection. I current have the Fios 1gb connection and while using the Netgear, fasted speed I get is around 150mb upload/download. Definitely does the job.

Was a little skeptical have heard good and bad things about them but they ended up working out pretty good with decent speed and keeps what was disconnecting with WIFI intermittently connected now with no drop out.

I was having trouble getting wifi in the back room. an associate at best buy turned me onto this device that transmitted the signal using the wall outlet. the results are night and day with this one. internet speeds are twice as fast with mine. I performed speed tests with and without and it truly works alot better. I would recommend this product

I bought this device so that I would not have to run ethernet cable in the house. I wanted to install a small form computer by my television so that I can get on the LAN and see my security cameras on the TV also have internet access. The TV is in another room and I did not know if it was on another circuit breaker or not. Bottom line is it worked and I am getting the 3 lights for maximum speed.

Great product if you have to connect to wireless that is not close. I had my PC from work which was not wireless, I had to connect it and the incoming service was not in the same room. This worked great for that purpose. It was the 2nd product is tried and it was great

Bought this product to avoid having 50 foot ethernet cable running down the hallway to connect my wifes desk phone when her company had her WFH. Easy to setup and works great. Only con is the device takes up too much space to plug in another device on the outlet.

Purchased this for my home office. Router upstairs and office in basement. Could not be farther away and needed the high speed for my office. My son had used for his gaming and swore by it for having the full speed and being able to hook up via ethernet. He was spot on perfect. Very easy to set up, and simple to use. Would highly recommend.

The item itself is great, but I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH BEST BUY, EVER!!!! The product is very easy to work, and it work great throughout my house. Very easy to hook up, and it works at every additional place, that I plugged it into! They will never publish this, BB, thinks that they can do no wrong.

Great alternative to wiring our home with network cable! The Powerline 2000 works great in getting fast speeds through our existing electrical outlets, taking away the need to rely on spotty Wi-Fi our upstairs rooms get. A simple and straight-forward setup will get you going in minutes.

The PLP2000 exceeded my expectations. There used to be lots of reports of issues using earlier generation powerline adapters across circuits and on different floors of a home, etc.. I took a chance, not hoping for much, and had no issues at all no matter where I moved the adapters within my home! I am very, very impressed, and always had a fast connection. The performance of these adapters is incredible. The only reason for the 4-star review is that they designed these adapters so that the top of them "appear" that they will not block a top outlet in a standard 2-outlet wall-plate, but they intrude just barely enough that you can forget about plugging any 3-prong plug into the top outlet of your wall-plate while one of these is plugged in to the bottom outlet. It's frustrating that they were so, so close from being able to keep the top outlet totally useable, but either could not manage to do it or chose not to do it. Their saving grace is that they have the passthrough outlet on the front of each adapter. You will need to use those.

Great item, somehow worked better than a shaky wifi connection. Mine topped out at about 100 mbps

I always buy Netgear products for quality and easy installation. However, this product is not perfect yet and needs a lot of patience and tweaking. I am very computer and networks savvy so I'm typically comfortable with installation. However, for this product initially had to reset it to factory default few times till I got it to work. Further, you need to run it few days till it is really stable and you get the ALL GREEN lights. If you see the red light don't be alarmed but the units goes to sleep mode so the light turns red which is confusing during installation given you don't know that you picked a good location or not. Highly priced, but it is high speed internet over power so buy it if you really need it otherwise I don't recommend.

I bought this to speed up the WiFi access in my room. I game and was struggling with my internet lagging. This product was easy to install and made an immediate difference in the internet speed in my room. I plan to bring a set to college with me to increase the internet speed in my dorm room.
