This is a great, and easy way to hard wire multiple computers, without having to put holes in the wall and fish cables through. Kind of don't care for the fact that it covers both outlets, but at least this one gives one of the two outlets back. Have two gaming computers hooked up to the Powerline, and haven't had a problem.

Everywhere I have read online powerlines are a hit or miss technology. They may work for some trying to get internet away from the home like for example if you have a barn or shed you need internet in, you can hook one in the home and then other on same circuit breaker where you might need internet and there you go. Now with my situation the internet speeds are not what I was expecting. I have fiber line in home, I get up fast internet speeds, but in our family room I sadly not getting the speeds I expected. Overall, I am still getting internet though.

It allowed for my computer to connect to internet in location it otherwise wouldnt reach wifi signal! Not fantastic speeds but got the job done.

My son constantly complained about the WiFi speed in his room, even when it was nearly 200 Mbps in the living room where the modem and router are located.
