Great alternative for hardwired ethernet
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you don’t have hardwired ethernet in a room that needs it, this is an easy seamless alternative that works great. I don’t have hardwired ethernet in the room in my house designated as my office so I can work from home and this has helped make my connection to the internet stable and reliable. It’s a no brainer if you want the option of hardwire over wireless connection, and the ability to connect two ethernet cables to just 1 box saves you the money/dilemma of needing to buy more of these. Although the alternative of buying the single port options is cheaper, if you need to hardwire more than one device you will need more ports requiring you to purchase more powerline adapters, and not to mention you start running out of outlets to plug them into.

It actually works
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was really nervous to try these because they were a bit pricy, but the wireless adapter I bought didn’t work so I went for it. They work phenomenally and the internet on my desktop(what I’m using them for) is honestly better then the WiFi on my laptop.

Great product.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very impressed. Easy to setup. Heavy user as I work from home now due to the coronavirus on average 8 to 10 hours a day. No connectivity issue at all. My office is on the 2nd level at the other end of the house from the modem.

The Power line Adapter worked perfectly
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The NETGEAR - Powerline 2000 works absolutely perfect for me. I was having trouble keeping my DVR connected to the internet and this product completely solved the issue for me. I am very pleased and so glad I purchased the NETGEAR - Powerline 2000.

Good alternative to wifi.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the previous Powerline boxes for many years, ranging from 1 to 4 available ethernet plugs. The pass-through variant means I can still safely use the outlet. The gigabit connection means I get the full effectiveness of spectrum in each room. Wifi can be spotty in my home, and this is the best alternative.

Excellent product - easy to use and install
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These were purchased to replace and older slower model of the same product. The new product increased my bandwidth significantly. These are very easy to install and great solution for networked printers and computers without wireless capabilities.

Makes the other computer access internet better.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We upgraded our internet service and one computer wouldn't work. The Netgear Powerline 2000 makes it work better. Not quite as fast as we would like, but much better than it was.

it works reasonably well
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is a good way to get a decent connection to the other end of the house. Not as fast as I would have hoped but better than wireless 2G and 5G. I shows all green so it is a decent connection.

These work but got better speed from older units
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While this did accomplish a link, it's BIG so blocked other outlets (gives one pass thru but blocked three others on 4 outlet receptacle) and speed was not impressive. I may have electrical noise on the line that affected this but got better speed with older Powerline 1000 units.

Excellent way to add reliable ethernet
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a reliable way to add Ethernet to any room in my home. You must be plugged directly into wall and not on a extension cord or multi plug connector.

Works as advertised.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a previous set of Netgear Powerline that lasted without fail for 16 years. It was simply time to upgrade, so I purchased a new set with a new router. These work well and as they should. The outlet that is now a component of the Netgear unit is convenient and, in my case necessary. As these are designed, they pretty much have to be placed in the bottom socket of the outlet. The problem is that the powerline unit blocks the grounding plug of the upper outlet. If you have something to plug in the top outlet that doesn't have a ground? Great. Otherwise the top socket is unusable. Work as they should, just not designed as well as they could be.
