Better internet connection
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My son kept complaining his internet connection was trash when playing Fortnite. I was going to puck up an extender but the BB rep recommended this and it works like a charm. It uses the electric outlet to create a wired connection to your router.

Works well in my basement.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was not getting a reliable wireless signal from the router upstairs so I talked to the Best Buy Geek Squad and they recommended the "Netgear Powerline 2000". Well worth the lettuce ! ( $90.00 ).I have no problem getting or staying on line now. No more aggravation. I am extremely happy with this product. Thank You !

Best for network extension
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works awesome tried to use the wifi adapter just plugs in through usb but it didn’t work so I got this and no issues whatsoever and much easier to setup. Didn’t have to download any software just plug it in and that’s all.

Perfect for extending your network
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Plugs into any grounded outlet and allows transfer of data through your powerlines. While not as fast as a standard wired connection, the data transfer rates are stable and reliable for folks who need a connection in another room but don't want to run 50 feet of cabling. I would highly recommend this product.

Decent product
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Listen this isnt a permanent soulution if you want good internet to a computer. Now if used on a tv or something of the sorts this is perfect. I average 12 mbps using this so downloads are slow but the connection never varies and is vary consistent. I reccomend for short time usage

Works great
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed this as i had no access to a Ethernet in my basement. I have no problems so far. Just Plug N play. Be wary though if your plugs are not on the same circuit your performance with significantly degrade. If I needed additional Ethernet ports i would buy more of this.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The most helpful thing to have in your home when you work from home and need a connection away from the router that is secured.

Works very well!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I need to have wired. Ethernet in my home office to start working from home. I’m a VoIP engineer and the VoIP phones don’t use WiFi. Two minutes after unboxing the powerline units, my VoIP phones were operating! I wish I had purchased the Netgear powerline units earlier!

One unit stopped working after 30 days
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this just over a month ago (not returnable), and the primary unit stopped working on me. Luckily I purchased a Netgear Wireless powerline 1000 and had an extra unit from it to plug in as my primary ethernet source. It just seems I got a faulty unit...so much for six sigma manufacturing these days. The products work great otherwise in our concrete house, which is why I am giving it 3 stars rather than 1. Wifi extenders were spotty, but powerline is a wonderful solution to those with thick/concrete floors/walls. What will it take for a company to step up and offer reasonable return policies like 6 months or a year?

Good way to stretch the internet reach
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While it worked very well in some areas of the house, it did not fix our problem so we had to return it. However the previous one we bought (same everything) worked quite well.

Easy to use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This item makes it possible to send fios Internet signal through house electrical wiring. Plug in one device to an outlet near your router and the other near your Smart tv, connect the Ethernet cables and you have a fast connection to the net. Great for houses with thick walls that interfere with WiFi.

allows me to put a desktop in another room
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.one brief period of time I was pushed off the internet--leaving that aside as I can't be sure the powerline adapter was the issue --it has worked perfectly and cheaper than drilling holes in my walls

Works good????
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It worked great for the first 3 weeks without any drops or lags, now lately for some reason disconnects and we have to restart WIFI and modem. It may be our internet provider not sure.

Great Alternative to Hard-Wiring!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this to be used while house sitting. The router and modem was located upstairs in the master bedroom and we set up our gaming computer downstairs. We were able to not only play games while using this, but also stream at the same time! Exceptionally pleased with the product.
