I have an outdoor studio in the yard and wifi just doesn't reach it for a good signal. This adapter allows me to add a separate wifi access point in the studio. I used it to extend ethernet to the additional router and it now works well for internet meetings.

My job said that I had to have my computer hard wired, not wanting to move my office I bought this Net gear device. Best decision ever.

I've had intermittent issues for a few years with my PS4 and AppleTV with buffering if anyone else is on Wifi. The powerline kit resolved my streaming issues and improved my overall download speed for my PS4 for retrieving new updates.

It worked but it also didnt work as I thought it would work. I just got xfinity gigabit speeds in my house and bought this to get those gigabit speeds in my gaming room that is diagonally upstairs from the router. It did make help increase the speeds but I didnt get even get close to 1 gigabit speeds the most I got was 150 mbps. When I hooked up my ps5 straight to the router I was getting close to 800 mbps.

Thought this Netgear Powerline 2000 device would allow me to place a better than WiFi internet signal to the furtherest point of my townhouse, but in reality the available speed is greatly over-estimated. In reality, my WiFi was already 40x faster than this device. Total waste of money unless you have zero WiFi signal, then you might be about to achieve 30Mbps through your powerline.

Ok this is such a cool device that honestly works fantastically! You must be on the same electrical panel. In other words if you have a sub panel you are extending coverage to it won’t work if your router is on a main circuit panel. Stay in the same service and it is awesome.

Had my doubts that it would work with my son gaming over wireless internet but it worked!

Works Excellent! My room isn't too far away from my modem but I fall into this dead zone where the wifi barely works. But, adding this Netgear to my room helped me connect to wifi much smoother and faster.

I don't understand why more people don't utilize this technology. Why wire your house with ethernet cable when this does the job for way less $. Also, way better throughput than wireless. Also, more secure. Great product line!!

Bought a set of these for the in-laws to expend their internet for a smart TV and these worked out great!!! Had to go get myself a set too. Well worth the price if you stream or game a lot.

Great solution for getting a wired connection into the basement. I needed a more stable connection for my PS4 and XBox. Thought about a repeater system, but they’re pretty expensive. This solution was perfect for less than $100. I may buy some more to hardwire other items like my TV.

Setup was vey easy but it didn’t work as well as expected. I installed as instructed and had a weak signal.

This product is a great solution for spotty wifi performance. We use it for places around the house where we work and being dropped of calls is a thing of the past. Really easy to install too!

Super easy to set up once I figured out it doesn’t work through a surge protector! Enough bandwidth to handle live action security camera at 1080p.

Fantastic product which works as advertised! My WiFi signal wasn’t strong enough on the upper level so we purchased this to strengthen the connection to a gaming computer. Works exactly as I expected. I would highly recommend this product.

These are the best wifi improvers on the market. tried many other brands or weaker models from Netgear...This is the one that worked the best. Used to improve HardWired Camera system , can go on the app whenever and works great

this actually works. only reason I didnt give it a 5 star is my house has plaster walls. wifi deosnt like plaster walls. I had to relocate my device just a little bit to get a strong single. other than that it is great.

NETGEAR is a great product but unfortunately I had to return it as the computer needs to be hardwired to the outlet. I purchased a different netgear product.
