Worked well for awhile. now is slower than wifi. i cant even do my bank login with it anymore because the speed needs to be faster. i wanted ethernet speeds. dont expect it. i also wanted the security of logins without using wifi, but no more. it had worked well in the past, so i am confused.

I purchased this bridge my gigabyte service from one side of the house to the other. I tried several different outlets and could only get around 100 Mbps so I returned it.

I use my Powerline 2000 system in conjunction with a Wi-FI Extender that is setup for transmit to extend the range of a signal with little (if any) loss of signal integrity. The setup has been on for over six months now without incident.

Mediocre performance out of the box and completely failed after 3-months, I always buy the Netgear brand for reliability and performance, but hit product is worse than useless,

I had been using this for less than 6 month and I always have problem after problem with this crap. It first started with the red light, when the red ligh its on be prepared because the connection will go at 0.4mb/s. And now the connection says that is has no valid ip so basically I have no connection to internet when I have to be working right now. Just GREAT NETGEAR.

Using to feed a smart TV and an Xbox off the same unit. Occasionally, its speed slows to a crawl especially if you lose power. A reset helps get you going again. Just be sure to set a security code when you reset

Plugged it in and watched it do what its designed for. Only set back is ethernet cable in box isn't long enough.

If you want to keep your marriage and your kids happy don't buy this item. I spent 3 days trying to get this to work yelling to my wife or kids to push the button before the time was up.... I am now living in the garage as the wife and kids took over the house. This device is the devil and will destroy your life when trying to get it to work. The people that got it to work must of sacrificed a goat or chicken as I don't get involved with the devils magic. Sincerely, Lonely guy in the garage

One of the receivers occasionally stops working. I need to unplug and plug back in for it to work again. I checked on google and it seems to be a reoccurring problem.

Forget WIFI extenders. This is what you want to extend ethernet throughout your entire household. I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT THIS! EXCELLENT!

Not sure if my house or not but these did not live up to the hype. The connection was very slow. Returned after a couple weeks.

Works great and better than a wifi extender to get internet to my back rooms. Definitely will purchase more in the near future.

i purchased item as "new" and when i opened it at home it had been used. Powerline connectors were dirty and scratched and the was a ethernet cable missing. Not that much of a big deal to me as long as the product worked. It didnt! worked for about 1 day then my speeds went down to 3 mbps, then just didnt work at all. Might be why it was returned and this could just be defective but not risking it again. Going to return item.
