I've been having problems with my laptop connecting to Wifi, spent over $100 at the computer repair shop. I explained my situation to GeekSquad and they recommended this. Installed without difficulty and no problems connecting to the internet since.

Netgear products are generally reliable, and this Wi-Fi adapter is a good example. It's quick and easy to install, and it performs with no fuss.

I was told that my Ethernet card inside my computer needed to be updated in order to receive the faster internet speeds. When I went to Best Buy, the employee told me I needed to simply buy this product. I did and it installed very easily. Only when my cable repair company came to test my speeds did I learn this simply allows Wi-Fi! Did not make anything faster and I already have a wi-fi router. I felt like I was "sold" on this product unnecessarily. It worked great adding wi-fi that wasn't needed so I returned the product, without difficulty!

Got two of these for my sons, and when using Windows 7 all was great and snappy quick. We upgraded one to Windows 10 and it stopped working. Tried uninstalling, didn't work. Tried removing device, didn't work. If I'd known this wasn't going to work I'd saved the money and bought some other brand. Guess if you're running Windows 7 and have no upgrade plans you're safe, and if you're thinking of an upgrade, think twice.

Adapter was used as a wireless connection between upstairs computer and downstairs TV. Easy to install, works without a hitch, and was reasonably priced.

I really like this adapter because I have better internet speed the closer it is to my monitor. I can now place my desktop anywhere in my house and enjoy wireless internet. I would highly recommend this adapter if you want good internet speed.

if you use a USB hub or put your computer into sleep mode you might have the occasional glitch, but nothing resetting it or unplugging/plugging back in wont fix. Not really made for gaming but decent enough for web browsing / video

This Netgear RangeMax 802.11n USB - Wi-Fi Adapter was easy to install and really boosted my transfer rates compared to the old unnamed wireless adapter I was using. Netgear makes excellent products and also has great tech support.

I recently upgraded from an older PC to a new Mac, partly because the old machine, including the internal network card, was failing. But I need occasional access to, and connectivity with, the older machine. I didn't want to spend much on the network terminal, but wanted a device with good performance, so bought the Netgear N600 USB Adapter. As with any network device, the setup took a few minutes, but the setup was pretty easy and the adapter has performed flawlessly since installation. The device now works invisibly and well. Recommend this device for other users.

Great product. Gets the job done and connectivity range is good. I would like to see the software drivers embedded in the hardware instead of with a cd. As a computer tech it's nice to be able to just plug it in and install the drivers.

I needed my all in one desktop to connect to the 5mghz in order to free up the bandwidth. This has worked great for me and I no longer have any lag on other devices in the house.

My favorite part of the phone is the Samsung pen. It works like a laser and is great with bringing up pictures. And it is great with texting . And the perpetual dictionary is an n added benefit. I am very happy with the phone. .

My lap top " wificard" was bad ( according to geeks) I did not eant to replace my laptop, as was their solution, and did not want to throw good money away on a replacement,,, so I chose this option, and I am vert happy i did

It was easy to install, use it on 2 desktop PCs, one windows 10, 1 windows 7. No problems with either, super fast dongle.

Still haven't figured out how to stop it from automatically connecting to both 2.4 and 5.0 gig wifi. Easy enough to disconnect the slower one, but still wish it didn't have to be done every time I start up.
