I had to buy this cause my laptop's internal network adapter is only 2.5ghz compatible. This was so easy to install and use. Just plug and play! And the speeds are night and day!! Our ISP data plan is approximately 300mps and I would get 150-250 easy depending on time of day and how close I was to the router. No issues after almost 4 months of using it. I'm hoping it will last. Never had any issues with Netgear equipment.

Easy to install. Directions were clear-cut. Using it in kids' rooms that don't have internet access or built in wireless card in their Desktops.

I did not realize that the computer problems that I was having was due to my USB adapter. I was using a single band when I needed a dual band. With this adapter, my computer is performing as it should.

Purchased to support addign a desktop to my wireless network, does a good job, connectivity and speed are fine.

My laptop had a problem causing it to not be able to find a WiFi network, or if it did, it only got a very weak signal. With the RangeMax, I went from 0-1 bars of signal strength to 4-5 bars.

This inexpensive piece of equipment measured up to our expectations. We can now use our desktop computer wirelessly. We got rid of lots of tangled cords and wires. We are able to wirelessly print our projects 3 rooms away and we are accessing the internet from the opposite side of the room where our router is located with no wires and no extra expense of bringing the internet hook-up to this side of the room. Great value with minimal effort required.

This worked very well for the first use, but when I used it the next time I had to download a driver that I didn't have. Somewhat frustrating to use on different machines.
