If you must use a USB wifi adapter, this one is as effective as any other. Would not recommend over a built in solution.

After fiddling around with it for a while, I was finally able to get to connect.

Tell the truth I have never used anything of this sort before. The lights are not how they say in the steps but it works.

Easy install and setup. No issues. Please don't ask to have minimum number of characters or I will not review anything in the future.

Inexpensive replacement Wi-Fi Adapter as opposed to replacing internal wifi adapter on a 4 yr old Toshiba Laptop. The Best Buy Salesperson recommended the Netgear over the Belkin, Adapter. It is easy to connect however when I move the laptop around to different areas of my home, it sometimes requires re-establishment of the connection.

Found it was easy to set up and use. It also comes with a Resource CD that has Netgear's app Genie on it. Genie is a nice little app to have. The app for the adapter itself is terrible. The app doesn't stay open long enough for you to do anything with it. If you want to re-enable the adapter from the desktop forget it. You have to press the button the adapter.

I used this device for one of my clients in a medical office. The device transfers roughly 5 GB of data each day with no issue.

Bought this when my old laptop stopped connecting to WiFi. Set up was easy, worked great, much cheaper than attempting a repair.

I had a lot of trouble getting this product to work with the wireless router I have.

I had to move our Internet box to another room so my kids would have access to the internet while playing on their games. My desktop is a landline only. I was a bit unsure if this would work for me, but I was shock that it met my expectations. My internet access is smooth and I never get dropped. Enjoying my new product.

I needed a wireless adapter for my computer and I have heard good things about netgear. So far it is working great,no issues.

For some reason my daughter's HP laptop had the wi-fi disabled. this product enabled her to get on the internet. she was thrilled!

Works as advertised. I plugged the cable into usb port on my desktop ,plugged the adapter to the cable, followed the instructions, and was up and running.The Netgear genie dashboard is one of the best applications to come out for the "Technically challenged " individual such as myself.

Works perfectly, fast reliable connection, just what I needed.
