All fears about setup, whether it would see the wireless router or if it was compatible were gone right after plugging it in. Worked like a charm the first time and has ever since.

this wifi adapter was the best purchase for making a pc wireless. took it home and unboxed it and in 5 minutes I was wireless and I think it is faster than when I was wired direct.

This usb device works great. Installed software and then plugged into computer and was up and running. Device is a bit expensive but it works just great.

This is great for my son but not so great for me...it works so good he hogs all the internet signal. I had to figure out how to lower his priority on my router.

I have Frontier Internet, my computer was down from the internet for about six months, we had a service guy come out and he still could not get my computer up and running. He said it was a problem with my computer, I even went on text support and had 4 different I.T. people try to connect me, and they couldn't and said it was my computer. Well I proved everyone wrong, I installed the Net Gear WiFI adapter and now my computer is up and running. I think all these people that worked on my computer issues, need to go back to school and get more training and learn to think out of the box.

Replaced my bad network card flawlessly. Recommend using with Windows Vista or XP. See Windows 7 and 8 users are having issues.

- works well out of the box with Window7 and Mac - more difficult to make work with ubuntu linux, but finally managed it after upgrading and finding online an XP driver that worked.

Plugged in, powered up and was recognized as network connection. Provided key and all was well. About 50 feet from router through 2 walls. Sufficient performance

Its as small as a flash drive and you can velcro it in a nice hidden spot somewhere, wifi has been excellent, never cutting out and full speeds at all times.

Set up desktop in another part of house. Installed NETGEAR - RangeMax IEEE 802.11n USB - Wi-Fi Adapter, ran setup & was online in no time. Speed is comparable to wired connection.

I bought this because I had not purchased a wireless card for a newly built computer. It didn't give me the range that I needed (Computer is on the third floor), so I returned it and got a wireless card.

Great product works awesome. Initial setup takes a minute or two just load installation cd and wait then your up and running with wifi again
