dependable, easy to use

I have only experienced dependability and ease of use. I have been familiar over the years with this company and for the most part had a positive experience, a responsive address of any issues, and rapid answer to my questions. Was recommended this product and it has served its purpose very well. Had no problems getting laptop connected to home router. Did not notice any difference in internet transfer speeds from what was internal in laptop.
