If you try to install when the laptop is already running, it can't be found. Requires rebooting of the laptop to recognize it

Went in to buy a WiFi adapter for a computer on which I just installed Ubuntu. Spoke with an employee in the computer section and asked what would be best making sure he knew it was for a computer running Linux. He pointed at this particular adapter so I bought it. There were no drivers compatible with Linux included in the box and none available online. I've researched how to get it to work and most people state that buying a different adapter is the only way. I get a connection but wifi speeds are extremely slow and connection is usually lost even though the router is fifteen feet away in the same room. May work great on a windows based computer, but is horrible on a Linux based computer.

Worked with a Best Buy Representative at the store and purchased this item. Easy to install and works great !

I was hoping that switching to the 5GHz band for my computer would help speed it up a bit. I didn't see much of a change.

Bought a ne computer and the adapter in it was not functioning properly so I got this one and it's been fine so far.

Occasionally the Wi-Fi signal gets lost and must be re-established. Other than that it works very well.

Win7 picked it up, wireless Network was picked up and signal recieved. Works as described.

Its good and met my requirement and didn't have any issues. I can say its worth of money spent on it.

I would recommend this product to anyone. I use it when I'm hotspoting with my cell phone and it works great.

Bought a Sony - 60" Class (60" Diag.) - LED - 1080p - Smart - HDTV - Black. Great TV that is non 4K

Works perfectly with the NetGear N600 router, easy installation with included NetGear Genie software.

I'm not so tech savy, but it works good in the puter I use it in. A little pricy, but, I was in a bind and needed one.

Works like its supposed to, the range isnt quite as good as the wireless card in my laptop though

Turned our old computer into wireless one, and we were able to move it around in our house to a better location.

In the specs of the website, iOS is listed as supported platform. This is not true. I purchased it and tried it and found no driver anywhere for iMac. This is for Windows only product. However I had no problem in returning it to BestBuy and I want to thank them for good customer service.

I needed to connect to Wi-Fi on a computer that wouldn't do so automatically. This let me do it.
