    In my experience routers under $100 tend to die within the first year. This router has lasted 2 years, I was impressed enough to purchase the same item again.

    Though this what's not an expensive purchase, we had two go bad from K-Mart. Trying to save a buck, what a joke. From as long as I can remember we had Netgears, and then switched, the whatever, lasted less than 4 months. The replacement same less than a day. We are sticking with the tried and true, and funny thing was we didn't pay much more than the other one.

    I bought this to replace another netgear router that I had for 5 years. It's everything I thought it would be and more. It never drops the network and has a great signal. I live in a 3 story townhouse and we keep it on the 2nd floor. Has 2 different networks and comes with a name and password already which makes for quick setup. Love it! I stream Netflix and vudu and have no problems with speed or it lagging.

    Router works great however im not a fan of the wireless setup Genie i preferred the older netgear software thought it was a clearer set up then the new software
