I was looking for a new wireless 'n' router, and an alternative to the old Linksys I've had for a while. If I am not mistaken this unit was once in the $150 range and I picked it up for about $80: I assume that it is being phased out to make way for the new 'ac' standard. Set-up was a breeze and it has worked flawlessly since its initial installation. I have yet to have to re-set it... Highly recommended.

Easy to install and i am able to run multiple devices at the same time with no problems.

My old netgear router gave up finally so I went and bought this from best buy. Good router range is not as good as my old one which is an older model.

Router is extremely simple to set up and use. Perfect range for a 3 bedroom apartment.

our signal is about 95% better. it is faster and hardly any interruptions.

Seems to do the job. I looked it up on the internet and the wife went to pick it up at the store. Brought it home and took it out of the box and set it up.

Overall it does work as well or better than any I have had before. Takes up a small space, which is excellent and room in back for adding on if ever needed. It did take an abnormal amount of time on phone with support to get my Brother printer to be recognized by network, even tho printer recognized network 1st time I entered SSID etc. Could have just been some quirk, but, all is well and no more issues.

Bought this for my daughter who just moved into her first apartment. It was easy to set up. She has coverage in her entire apartment.

The Netgear wireless N router was very easy to hook up and so far very reliable.

The NetGear Router was perfect for my small house and I was especially glad to find out it is self encrypting during the set up. I did contact tech support and they were GREAT! I was worried that I had not encrypted my router....but, found out that was done in the basic set up. I actually like the sleek look of it.
