My previous router was going on it's 11th birthday so I figured it was time for a new one. Set up was easy, but I was initially frustrated because I couldn't find service in my room; problem was solved with I disconnected from the 5G service and went into the "regular" (idk what the other option is called) service. Service to my room has not been cutting off so I'm pleased.

Netgear has been my go to for yrs- easy to hook up be sure to check for regular Firmware updates to keep your security safe. It’s an older router than what’s out there today but has great range on a ranch style house at least and supported gaming and movie streaming well! I’ve Long updated since then though..

I PREFER TO HAVE A SEPERATE MODEM AND A SEPERATE WIRELESS ROUTER THIS WORKS AMAZING FOR GAMING AND DOWNLOADING VIDEOS AT THE SAME TIME NO LAG

This router is soo much faster than our old one. Really easy to install.

I use this router with an iPad to connect wirelessly to a digital mixing console for live sound. This is my fourth purchase of this model router and it has been the best choice for my needs. It has great range and performs consistently in this application. Condsidering that mine get rough treatment on the road at concerts every month, this router is surprisingly durable!

It works! Netgear's tech support helped me install it. I confess to being a pre-technology wannabee-but-will never-be old geezer. (I do understand how to tame fire and some early strategies of finding my way in the dark, but that's where I stopped developing...) Now I take most technological innovations after the Middle Ages for granted: They either work or don't.

The router was easy to install with instructions. The speed is great.

I've always gotten Netgear routers for a reason and this one hasn't disappointed. Very dependable and has great range. I replaced my old Netgear that was 5+ years old and can't beat this quality for the price. My roommate and I are frequently streaming and on multiple devices simultaneously and it's never an issue.

Router has option to plug other devices right in for access. I have owned other routers and this one by far is my favorite. My internet provider did not furnish a wireless router, which led me to this purchase in the first place.When they installed my service they complimented me on my choice of brand. Fast connect and reliable customer service if needed! Thumbs up NetGear.

The original router seemed slow and needed frequent re-booting. When it failed completely, I was tempted to try a different brand but wondered if the problems were just a lemon router. Since I was familiar with the set up and installation and the price was right, I bought another identical one. The new router is quick and has none of the re-booting needs of its predecessor.

Exactly what my neice needed. Haven't heard any complaints from her, so apparently she had no problems installing it like it told her.

It block every website advertise makes you unable to view it such as AOL but it has great reception return it and replace it . I like linkSys easy setting . Netgear as parent control you have to use OPEN DNS it is great it has almost many websites advertise eventually will be block . I LIKE. LINKSYS AC1200 ( 6350 model#) as I said easy software access and setting.

Great router for the price, very simple to install and easy to work with.
