Aside from having the first one I bought randomly stop working after 3 months, this router has been great! And thanks to best buy I had no issues with them replacing the dud with an exact same fully functional router.

Router was recommended by sales person as most positive reports from previous buyers so I got it. It was easy to set up and works great with my laptop and wireless printer. Have had no problems since I began using it.

Bought this modem because Time Warner increased speeds and my old router was not capable of getting the most out of it. Purchased this while on sale and am very happy. Excellent range for a large studio in Manhattan.

Product works well, installs easily and has the feature that you can switch off the wireless--if and when you want to. This provides security from unwanted access to home systems. My main computer is still wired--not wireless.

This is a pretty good basic router. One feature that I like is that you can hook up an external hard drive to a usb port on the back of the router to be shared across the entire network. Surprisingly it is fast enough to stream 720p video, however writing to the drive over the network is slow. Even more surprising is that while I get about 3-4 MB/sec over the wireless connection, I am stuck at around 300KB/sec over a computer on a gigabit wired connection. I am happy to be able to stream decent quality video though, so overall I would call readyshare a great feature that could be made better with a bit of fine tuning.

this is the second netgear wireless router we have purchased and would recommend this brand/product to others- we have had no issues with the first we bought over a year ago and made the purchase of the second a no-brainer.

Easy to install and works great! Never had any issues.

Needed a better wireless router to go with the one we received from Comcast. Much better wireless signal and easy to set up. Had a few hiccups with the settings but nothing major. Was ready to go within 15 mins! A great buy!

My internet connection starts right away now and stays connected. Very easy to install especially since it replaced my previous NETGEAR router. Not sure how long these are supposed to last but seems to last about 2 years.

The netgear was recommended by the store associate when I asked him what he used. I detailed what uses I planned for the router and he indicated those were exactly what he used with additional uses beyond what I had planned.

Have had a pervious netgear router for DSL connection, this one is even better with high speed cable internet. I am using it for streaming video, works great with Roku!

This is an excellent router for wifi and for streaming!

Simple setup using the wizard. Range is decent indoors. Covers a 900 sq ft home easily, and works well outside of the home if not behind a solid object like a chimney or block wall.
