Allows using laptop computers in various locations in my house and also allows using one printer to support mulitple computers which are connected to my local network.

I'm not that tech savvy but this router is pretty good. I have a one bed room apartment and it provides good wifi. It help that it wasn't expensive either!!

I was frustrated with my previous router because I was always getting disconnected. Since I got the Netgear N Router I no longer have that problem. It works perfectly!

After reading the reviews I was convinced that the Netgear RangeMax N-600 was the router I needed to replace my old linksys router. I do not get the coverage range that the reviews were saying. My house is 2100 sq ft. My linksys router had the coverage of my whole house including out on the lanai by the pool. I had to put extenders on the other side of the house & one out side. I called netgear support for help, they had me change some settings but they were no help. Plan on buying extenders if your house has more than 1900 sq ft.

I just ditched my cable company and bought my own modem and wireless router. the signal got weaker once i went into the basement or the back bed rooms. I went and got a range extender and it worked out great.

Picked up to replace a dying router, and the ease of use, straightforward configuration tools, and dependability keep bringing me back to Netgear products!

I needed a router for my internet activity and this was the perfect product to do the job. It is the perfect size, not bulky at all. I am satisfied with this product.

Pretty good router . It lasted about two years. We upgraded our internet speed so we had to move on from this.

decided to get separate router and modem both netgear. had to get netgear support as well as DSL support to get it working. with that said the product works awesome.

Basement office this let's me use other devices with no connection issues in a two story home.

While speeds drop randomly at times, I think that's due to my internet provider. Router seems to do the job and coverage is great. I would recommend it to a friend.

I have had this running for an office and we have had no problems. Streams everything pretty well. Have not had to reset the router once.

we really like the router. It was very easy to set up and we have not had any problems with it. We do get interuptions in the signal once in a while, but it is not that bad.

I bought this router after much debate. For the size of my apartment it works wonderfully. I have not had any issues with it so far and it was easy and simple to set up.

This router worked well when I only had TV's, phones and computers hooked up to my wifi. However, once I started integrating Hue, Nest and WeMo products into my home connections started dropping. I tried a few different tweaks, and moved the router around as much as permitted, but the signal didn't improve. If you are just using it for basic functions, i.e. computers and phones, it's good for the price, but for more demanding smart homes it struggles.

I got this wireless router to replace a linksys wireless router that had for a few years. Simple setup and the router has been steady since I hooked it up. No complaints.

Very easy to install. Handles several connections very well. Secure and safe. Good support to answer a question that I had.

Great home router, easy to hook up. Just turn it on and it does the rest buy itself. Put in the password and away you go.

Over the years, the form factor of this router is now smaller as it used to be (50% size reduction compared to the original). That's really great.

The NETGEAR N600 WiFi dual band router was easy to install and use. After the discount it was reasonably priced. So far it is working well.
