I bought this router for one reason only. I can turn the wi-fi off when it's not needed. There's enough electromagnetic pollution in our environment already without me adding any unnecessary RF radiation. I live on three acres and the wi-fi works great even in the furthest corner of the backyard. I bought a tablet but didn't want to pay any overage charges ($15.00 per gig) on my phone bill. This sleek little baby works great! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to keep there option of using there Ethernet cable.

Great item I bought this to replace my out dated Wi-Fi router that had been in my home for over 5 years. Great improvement over my last router.

I purchased this item for my in-laws for Christmas because their router wasn't wireless. The customer service agent that was helping me recommended three different routers of which the only difference was the area it covered. I was slightly skeptical to purchase this at first since their house is rather large, but almost 3 months later, not only were they able to set it up themselves, but it all their gadgets are working great!

Netgear is a known brand with dependable products. This router was very easy to set up. The high performance, dual band, and range are a plus.
