Adequate for a 1200-1500 sf home. Installation is simple.

This unit was up and running in five minutes. It is covering 2400 square feet of home, plus area around outside of home. It has proven to be more than sufficient for my son's gaming requirements, with no dropped signals or lag time.

This router was very easy to set up. Basically, I plugged it in and had wifi throughout the house. The range is decent as it sits in one end of the house and I can use the iPad on the opposite end with full signal strength,

This is an excellent router for the money. I have a lot of devices in my house that require a wireless connection (several video game consoles, a blu ray player, two computers and an eprinter,) and this product seamlessly runs all at once with phenomenal speed. We live in the student housing of our local university, which is notorious for shoddy wireless connections, and I've had zero problems using this baby. I don't know how it would perform in a large house, but for an apartment it works spectacularly. Setup was painless. I was up and running in minutes. It was very easy setting up a user account and password to prevent internet thieves from mooching off our signal. My one gripe is that the Ethernet cable included is rather small, but that is a minimal issue. Great router!

i only buy netgear - easy to set up and reliable service

As our world becomes less and less dependent on wires, it's good to have a router that can handle the additional bandwidth needed to send data to multiple devices. The Netgear Range-Max Dual Band router transmits a powerful signal in both the 2.4 and 5 Ghz range. Great for use with a wireless TV for all those streaming services.

Seems to be working great. Good unit for hooking a couple smart phones, or a laptop's, tablet's etc. if I had a house full of tech stuff to wifi and did lots of streaming I would get a higher end unit for that However I have picked up signal out in garage 20 feet from house but not all the time Great unit for my use and purpose

This wireless router is fast and easy to set up. Speeds up my web browsing tremendously compared to my old router. No problems or issues to date. Very affordable and reliable.

This product was recommended by the Geek Technical Squad to help resolve a problem whereby I was getting knocked off the server everytime my phone rang. Problem had to do with an older type router that operated on the same frequency as my cordless phone. PROBLEM SOLVED once this Netgear 24 router was installed. Great advice by Geek Squad.

Great product. Easy to install. Good range for service.

Recommended by sales associate after I explained my needs. Lifetime warranty a plus. Set-up was fairly easy for a first timer. Needs to be reset occasionally for reasons I don't understand. Will probably talk to an associate at our local Best Buy for an explanation as this device is being used at our winter home in Florida.
