Very easy to set-up. Worked almost immediately.

Only problem was could not connect iPhone to router. So I called customer service, excellent service, ran through all the possibilities trying different settings. Alas after 1/2 hour still could not get it to work with iPhone, despite upgrading firmware which was supposed to fix it. Finally had to return to the store. It connected all the other laptops, tablets, just fine- but really need iPhone connection as well.
