    We had a weak signal with our old router and needed an upgrade since we had so many wireless devices; PS3, Smart TV, Kindle, smart phones, etc. This router has dual band function which allows for strong, consistent signal for all devices anywhere around the house with no "blind spots". Strongly recommend this NetGear router for anyone with multiple devices in a large home.
