||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i did not know how to install it. there was no cd to install it and u had to go online which is hard to do without a router! plugged in my old router a couple of days later and on my screen appear to install the new router. don't know how or why that happened but it did. no problems since, all devices work. automatically connected to wi-fi without resetting which i had to do all the time with my old one. Very happy so far, hope it lasts many years.

Good Product..........But

I've had the unit about a month and so far have not had to reboot it. It was also very easy to connect other Wi-Fi devices to the secure network. This replaced an older Netgear router that had a 26 digit alpha-numeric password that took forever to enter. The only drawback is that I was not able to update the firmware either through "genie" or directly from Netgear's website.
