Works great for streaming media to my smart tv

It works great (enclosed in our den) getting a quality signal to our smart tv, laptop, iPad and smartphones. The signal does lag from time to time but I'd sooner guess that's the internet provider and not the router.

I was getting 7-9 MG download with my G model and now am only getting maybe 10-12 now with this newer router. I can't blame everything on router just yet as I am not sure I have it set up the best way but that's what my problem is with it, it should just be plug and play.

Great router

We also hd a hard time connecting if we were in some of the distant parts of the house but not the case now, even if we are downstairs or in the garage. We are very happy with this product.

Went to Best Buy and with the help of salesperson we discussed all different brands and problems. Settled on Netgear and have been happy with it. Only bad part was the installation and had to call netgear. Their technical subcontractor, Igougo was horrible to deal with!!
