Good router, hard set up

I am very tech savvy and I'm not just saying that. When I have a hard time with technology you know it's not easy. After being on and off the phone with netgear multiple times I finally got a hold of someone who knew what they were doing. Of course, he was in India, but none the less knew what he was doing.
