At first everything worked fine...easy installation and good network connectivity. Within 3 weeks of purchase/installation my smart tv couldn't connect to the internet through the Netgear WNDR3400. With telephone technical support from Netgear and about 20 minutes of silly repetition of questions and periods of being on hold it was determined that the the ethernet port on the router had failed. They said I could get a free replacement but I had to sent them the failed router at my own expense. Customer service at the store waived the 15 day return policy and just gave me another router which has worked fine for several weeks now. I suppose the first router was just the random "lemon" that occurs even with brands that have good reputations for quality. But having to ship a lemon less than a month old back to a company at my own expense to get a replacement from them tempers my opinion of the product and the company overall.

Great Wifi for Me!

I needed to update my router and I've had good experiences with Netgear in the past so I decided to go with this one. I didn't know there was 5G until I installed it. I love it! All of my electronics work with it with no issues! I definitely recommend.
