Live in a 2-story 2,200 sq ft house and looking for a router with better range for my wireless devices. The Best Buy rep assured me that this would do the trick rather than buying a $200+ router. Hook up was easy but connectivity wasn't noticeably improved...

Is a nice piece I like but it is at little over price please lower the price that will give a five starts rating but other than that it does the job works very good thanks for such a nice product I defenely will recommender to others oh yes hopping this information is good for your goods and keep doing your best

Perfect wifi router especially if you live on the 1st floor in apartments like myself. It was so hard for me to pick up a signal on my iPhone, iPad, and fire stick before I purchased this router. Best decision so far.

I bought this to replace an older model by the same company. The old router got fried in a power failure, this one works great. It took a long while to get back in sync with my modem when there was a power failure here. Something in the neighborhood of 30minutes to restart connection. Works great otherwise!

I returned this item because I had issues with my internet at night time.

Not great but not terrible. Pretty good on range; supports multiple streaming devices without issue; did have to reset one time and it got a little funky trying to bring everything back up.

Bought this for $80. The next week it was on sale for $70 and Best Buy gave me the $10 back. Great service. The router does its job. It reaches every corner of my medium sized apartment, both upstairs and downstairs. No drops of signal a month later.

My previous Netgear router lasted about 5 yrs, which I was told is longer than most are expected to last. Apparently, most routers need to be replaced in 2-3 yrs. I also have a Netgear modem and the 2 work together wonderfully as you'd expect.

It's was kind of tricky for setting it up. I have to call tech support.

Employees at store we're fairly knowledgeable about TV specs and model comparisons. They we're all very nice...but it was somewhat difficult to get contact with a rep for help. It took nearly 15 mins. Perhaps it was just a busy time of year being Xmas but oh well. I am happy overall with the purchase.

I love having this set up in my home so i dont have to use public wifi. They are all usually weak and slow and usually your downloads will crash during th middle of the download process. Frustrating! With this unit, i can dl even some of th biggest files . Im happy i baught this and should have done it sooner

I was told that it was a dual band router and I would have a Guest Network plus my primary Network. The setup instructions does not include any information on a Guest Network, I still do not have it. Also I have a wireless printer and had to call the help line to get the printer to work with the router.

bought this when our original router went dead. these routers will last quite a while. our last one lasted around 7 years before it started to quit working. at 70 dollars it is quite expensive but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this product to anyone in searching for a router. great product.

To be honest I've never shopped at Best Buy, cause it was miles from my home and now it is behind my back door approx 1/2 from my residence. And not forgetting your Wonderful Staff, very polite, helpful, smiles etc..... I could go on and on. Love your store and find everything I need. Adios and thank you :) :)

This was purchased for my rental property. I have not used this product personally. I have not received any complaints from the renters who are retired professionals from the IT world. I am not very technical so I relied on the sales personnel at Best Buy, who must have pointed me in the right direction.

I'm not very tech savvy, so I'm always a little hesitant to do anything myself. I was so amazed at how easy it was to switch out the old for the new. Went online and had it registered and up and running in no time. I was extremely pleased.

Recently had to upgrade my router because I increased my internet speed at home. Looked at several routers specifically one that could handle multiple devices, consoles and PCs. Netgear caught my eye and am pleased with my purchase. I would recommend for gamers as well as heavily connected families.

Wireless router is overall good, but required a firmware update to correct dropped connection problems... Unreliable connection at first, but after contacting online chat support and a firmware update, connection became reliable...
