We bought this to increase the range of the wireless access. It is somewhat better than our old one. Not all of our computers can receive the higher frequency. We may upgrade wifi adapters where possible. The indicated wifi speed reports as faster than before, but often downloads seem to be slower.

When I installed the device I had to call Tech Support in order for the router to communicate with my laptop. It made the installation more difficult than I think it should have been. Otherwise we are very happy with this router.

Overall great router when working. Great coverage and speed. After about two weeks it started dropping the signal and reconnecting automatically. Still have not figured out why. Would not recommend buying this until all bugs are worked out.

I have a bi level home and have a wireless modem downstairs in my office. My wireless coverage was weak in some rooms upstairs on on my deck. I purchased the NetGear Range Max as a second wireless modem and set it up on the upstairs floor. Coverage is better but not great.

This was supposed to be an upgrade, not much faster, it works.

This router is good but the range of reception could be better.

The product is great and the salesman at the store was so very helpful and explained everything from start to finish and told us about his experience so we decided to try it. And because we did not have a good experience from another place on one we had purchased earlier and had to bring back.

This item has a quick start up but limited range for the Wireless

I replaced a 5 year old Lynksys router with the Net Gear Router. I had been receiving complaints from my tenants(this is in a vacation rental) that they could not connect reliability to wifi. I purchased the Net Gear based on reviews & recommendations, and there have been no complaints since!

When I needed a router for my internet service with COX, this brand I knew was good quality. Even though It has since been replaced by the cable company's own, I would go with this brand again.

This Router is easy to set up installation was simple i like the design and it looks great on my desk and i have had no problems with it works great with all my devices like my smart TV, Tablet, Smart Phone now i am totally wireless in my home thanks to Netgear N600 Wireless Duel Band Router

I bought this for a friend who lives several hours away when we bought his new PC. I needed something I could configure on my network, tie to his new PC and then box up and make it so all he had to do was plug it in. It did all of this and I have had no issues since he took it home.

We were having router problems with our old router...having to reset it 3-4 times a day. Explained our problem and situation to salesperson at Best Buy and he recommended this router. Took it home and changed it out with our old router and have not had one problem since. Great buy!

The internet was super slow, lagged quite a bit, and wouldn’t load videos. I purchased this router and I haven’t had trouble since! I’d highly recommend this! It’s super cheap and meets all the expectations for a router.

This works great for our computers, phones & other uses through the home. The only issue we have is with the Smart TV. We have 30 MR Internet so that isn't the problem & TV is less then 100 ft away. Have been told by ISP the issue is plumbing in the house. Finally just hardwired the TV.

I had one just like this one previously for years. I decided to try the AC 750 after my 1st one finally started acting up but it didn't live up to the Netgear 600, not even close. So, I returned the AC 700 and got my trusty Netgear back. Been happy ever since. ☺

This product worked out great for our need to include our TIVO into our wireless connections. I got it installed into my computer with little problem but needed the Geek Squad to come in to finish the connection to the TIVO that is a few rooms away. Now that it is all connected all is well!

my uverse internet box was located in the basement of our home. the wifi signal was constantly dropped throughout the home and oftentimes I had to go to the basement to reboot the system. Took the hardwire connection from the computer and plugged it into Netgear router. Works Great!

This unit was recommended by a very helpful BestBuy associate. I'm very pleased with the operation and the support from Netgear. The person I spoke with to assist me stayed on the phone until the problem was resolved.
