I run an xbox360,laptop,smart tv, and iPhone at once with no noticeable drop in bandwidth. Definitely recommend for someone with multiple devices.

Good signal, bad speeds! Netgear lists speeds of up to 300Mbps. I have over 400 Mbps coming into my house and this would do about 75Mbps in the 2.4 channel and 95Mbps in the 5 channel. Called tech support and after 3 calls and going through all the steps that I had already tried, the said the router was defective and suggested I buy a different model. Didn't take that advice, instead returned it and replaced it with a new one, same model...... exact same issue! Did a little more research and it appears to be common knowledge that this will only do up to 100Mbps. That said, signal strength was pretty darn good throughout the house. So, if you have or are OK with the speed, it's a good router for the price.

I have many electrical equipment in my house and with this router they all are working wonderfully. And with the 4 ethernet ports i do not see why anyone could not handle all their equipment too.

Replaced an Apple Time Capsule I bought in 2008. I have definitely noticed an increase in speed and wifi strength. Being able to attach an external hard drive is a very nice feature. Great deal.

I replaced my old router with this one and I'm glad I bought the best buy warranty. It ran very hot while everyone was using it. I will let you know if it gives out before the warranty expires...

Excellent product and no problem with the installation, would recommend it for purchase. I run a laptop and desktop with no problem with connection.

Bought two of these after spending twice as much on a couple of Radio Labs 1 watt routers that failed with in minutes. They were $149.00 each. sent them back and bought these. Been a month and all is good.

This is a fine router if you are just a casual user. I bought this for my friend's parents who only use the internet for light browsing and occasional e-mail. The first house I set it up in was a two story house, and the range dropped to nothing on the first floor. (It was installed on the second) It has since been moved to their other daughter's apartment, and she is very pleased. (Again... a light browser and e-mailer. No streaming or social networking.) Its fine for the price if you are a light user. If you want something with range and speed... Airport Extreme is the way to go.

This is a good product from a reputable company. Setup was easy and I like that the passwords are uniquely assigned. Best Buy stood by their lower price refund if discovered within the time allowed.

The store manager really helped me determine my old router was defective and help me chose a replacement. He took the time to instruct me on the installation for the new one when I returned home.

Purchased for my daughter who's attending college. Works well, had to get my son to hook it up but doing fine with no reported problems.

We needed a new router and found this one on sale. It's a step up from our old router which was the same brand. We are very satisfied again and no problems with receiving Wi-Fi to our devices.

time warner recommended a monthly payment to improve the service. rather than paying a ridiculous amount monthly the net gear solved the problem.

We went into our local Best Buy store and with their associates help we selected and purchased this product. Love it, and it's exactly what we needed!

We had a Cisco that we replaced with this router. When we set up the Cisco we had to spend an hour on the phone with a tech person to set it up. This set up was simple with no tech call necessary!

Great all around reception and super easy setup but if you really want a more complicated piece feel free to buy another one which will be much more expensive when this cheaper model will do the job

Good price, and good quality, but not great. every now and then it freezes up like any other electronic. Would recommend this o anybody looking for a good cheap router.

This router was very easy to install. Up and running in five minutes. Wifi connection is so much faster than our old router. Would definitely recommend. Great product and the cost was great.
