So far, this router has expanded wireless capacity for my home, I have not had any disconnects or dropped packages to date. I'm hoping it continues to give me better service than the last router.

We weren't sure on what to replace our old router with and had a healthy and intelligent discuss with the employee at Best Buy. After discussing options we settled on what we think to be a great buy!

My older router was crashing a couple times a day. Went to Best Buy and the tech was very helpful. A snap to set up and get started and it covers the entire house plus the surrounding yard and deck.

I need wireless internet to to my homework at anytime of day, anywhere in my house. I am a college student and often have to do assignments online with timely deadlines. This works good for me.

Big time gamer, was using the router provided by cable provider, lots of lags and disconnects! Brought this router and problems solved and no more monthly rental fees, a win, win, situation!

I needed a new router so I went to my favorite store. I asked the salesperson for a suggestion. He suggested the Netgear router. I took it home,installed it and I've been pleased ever since.

Great product, great price! Was worried it wouldn't support all our wireless devices. We haven't had the first problem. We stream tv shows and Movies quite often and have never had it to slow down!

We picked this item due to middle of road pricing. We needed a router that worked with Comcast. Have not had any problems at all with setup or use.

Was practically ready to use out of the box. Minor problem accessing a non-existent "extra" port on my modem (cable company's fault) but the work-around was acceptable. Great product for the price.

I use this router at home and my wife office, you can FTP to it, have separate wireless networks, your office wireless and the guest wireless.

I purchased this router to replace my last one after it stopped performing. It's much faster so I don't have issues when I stream multiple devices anymore. Very pleased.

I replaced an older router that had to be rebooted once or twice a week. I have not had to reboot this one even once in over a month of daily use! It just performs well as I expected it should.

Unfortunately my previous router was struck by lightning! I am extremely happy with my Netgear router. It is wireless and has 4 Ethernet ports which is great! I would recommend this to a friend.

It is a good router for people who only little things onlie like checking email and social networkink. but that is pretty much it

I am really pleased with this router. It was very easy to install and works with my both my Windows and Linux machines. The wireless portion was easy to connect without any delay or difficulty.

My computer is running so much better with this new router. My Kindle can't always pick up the signal at the opposite end of my house, but I am very happy with Netgear!

Wish I would have bought this itme sooner. I can easily connect to the internet with my Kindle Fire. I can relax in my family room and enjoy my internet connection at the same time. I love it.

havent had any issues at all with this router, high quality for price based on specs as well as my personal experience. can't comment yet on its longevity but netgears generally quality product

Staying with my Mom and Dad for a few weeks and needed a router. They live in a mobile home. I installed this is the only place I could...in a back bedroom. From the site I installed it, I used it mainly about 2 rooms down. Oftentimes, I would have to lift my laptop up into the air and 'point' it in the direction of the router. My only other experience with a router has been when the router has not been separated by walls, so not sure if this is usual or not. Could be the service provider for all I know. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful!

We use this router for both wi-fi and ethernet cable connections. Works great on our Comcast cable, and can handle virtually all devices simultaneously with no problem.
