Another disappointment from BB....I thought this wireless router had the INTERNAL router that I needed (to replace the comcast wireless and broadband router that I had). Both comcast AND BB said that I could use this BUT LEFT OUT the fact that I needed an internal/broadband router as well....I just can't win....or get out of paying an extra $10 a month to comcast.

Have not had any issues since purchasing this product. Seems very reliable and for a reasonable cost.

Really easy to install even for those who aren't great with technology.

I purchased a new router and it would never download at more than 20Mbps. After going back and forth with Netgear, it was determined the router had a hardware issue and needed to be returned. The problem was it was 1 day outside of Best Buy's return policy so it had to be returned at my cost. Since I was out the cost of the router at this point, I figured I would pay the shipping and get a new one. The new one didn't perform much better (altho it was slightly better). After doing more research on google, I was able to tweak the settings on the router and was able to get download speeds approaching 50Mbps. Now it seems the cable model and the router don't play nice, and I cannot get speeds over 50Mbps. I have Comcast 150 and connecting directly to the modem I get speeds over 150Mbps. And my old Netgear router (model R6250) easily connected at 100Mbps. If you are good with speeds in the range of 20-40Mbps, this router will work. As a side note, the upload speed has always reached the max, it is only the download where issues have be encountered

Especially happy with FREE recommended (and downloadable) programming app to track via smart phone!

This router works as advertised, there are better, but there are worse, good for that novice user.

I thought it is a good router. I purchased it because it was a recommended product from my family.

This is exactly like the router I have had for 5 years works very well with what I need.

Works great for the price! No problems with streaming all over the house.

Since installing I have had no internet interruption. It has been wonderful!

The sales person was very helpful wiyh picking out exactly what I needed and this item works like it should.

I have a tri-level home and my computer office is actually on the main floor. Just a little down the stairs is the family room where the PS3 and all the other wireless gadgets are and the wireless performance shows 92% but still seems to run heavy on the lag. And if multiple sources are hitting the connection, it seems to really slow down and I have a really good cable connection speed.

Love this router, I’ve tried many router before, this is the best I got.

Perfect wireless router for our small office. My second one of this brand and was on sale for $30 less to boot!

Good documentation makes for easy set up. Second one I have purchased, lost the first from lightning strike.
