Overall good product. Have purchased other models

The challenge I had was that this was the first time the product did not come with a CD. It took longer to install as I had to work through some error messages. When contacting the support desk, Chat was not really effective. when contacting them by phone, I was able to quickly resolve my issue.

The set up was somewhat problematic at, but it worked. I am satisfied now. My office is on one level with 3examrooms an office a waiting room. Signal does not reach the furthered the exam well, but it is reasonably good otherwise.
